We stayed for two nights with our two children. We always think twice about bringing children to a bed and breakfast, as often it is a more intimate setting and we do not want to impose the energy and "exuberance" of our younger children on other guests in a smaller space. We chose this place due to the reviews and the fact that the description appealed to us most. Everyone was very welcoming. It was not overly formal. This was a lovely place; the owners were helpful, informative, but not intrusive. The location was excellent and we were in easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants and sights. We stayed in the deluxe queen/queen room and the space was ample. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were super clear and the water pressure (I like my showers!) excellent. The entire family enjoyed the breakfasts and the variety of choices more than adequate for the picky eater in my family. We would stay here again.

I picked this hotel based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews and was not disappointed at all. The staff were super responsive before we even arrived (as we were coming in very late) and every interaction was good. Room was very, very clean - I stay in hotels 50+ nights a year and I was surprised how spotless everything was. The sheets even felt ironed!
Room was pleasant - we had a private balcony which was nice to sit out on with a glass of wine. AC worked well (during the heatwave).
As we are late risers we didn't get to sample breakfast till the last day, but it was good and served with kindness and friendly attitude.

Overall I recommend this hotel very highly and will definitely stay there again on a return trip to PEI

Room Tip: Upgrade to the room with a balcony was well worth it - no great view, but nice to have a small outdo...

Absolutely outstanding in every respect! If Trip Advisor allowed 6 "stars," we'd award them to this great Inn.

My wife and I spent three nights here as part of our "bucket list trip" to Prince Edward Island, and this has been a perfect place to stay. Our room (a "deluxe" room on the 2nd floor) was spacious, very comfortable and attractively decorated. The room and entire building were spotlessly clean, the furnishings and decor have great "eye appeal" and this Inn (small hotel / B&B) is welcoming to guests with several cozy seating areas, both indoors and out.

There is ample off-street parking, a laundry room for guest use at unusually reasonable prices, the wireless internet connection is fast and reliable, and the free long distance for outgoing calls to the U. S. and Canada allowed us to catch up on a couple of important calls. Breakfasts were outstanding: a choice from two hot items such as blueberry pancakes, waffles, French toast and Eggs Benedict, all served with fresh fruit, plus a nice selection of breads and cereal, juice, coffee and tea.

The location is outstanding – it's an easy three -block walk to the edge of downtown, including the Confederation Center for the Arts, the popular Cows ice cream store, and a number of great places to eat, but the hotel is in a quiet location in a primarily residential area. Our stay was to celebrate a wedding anniversary, and the staff at the Inn was exceptional in helping facilitate delivery of surprise gifts from our married children in the U. S. Those items were waiting for us in our room when we checked in. We could not have wished for a better place to stay!

Room Tip: We found the "deluxe" rooms to be a perfect balance of generous size and reasonable price...

We booked this B&B online after looking at Tripadvisor reviews. It met our expectations in all ways. When we checked-in we were given a tour of what they offered for guests. Coffee available any time for free, as well as sodas and bottled water for reasonable price. A warm breakfast with choices is served. There is a lovely sunroom, off the refreshment counter area where you can relax. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, and a loveseat sofa. The building is very attractive both outside and inside with beautiful woodwork. The sign outside identifying the B&B is rather small and has smaller printing, so you need to be close to it to read. We would highly recommend staying there, and location is good.

We stayed at the inn for 2 nights, bookends of our bike tour on PEI. Mike, the Manager at the Inn could not have been more helpful. His recommendations were perfect, and he made sure we were well taken care of. The rooms were clean, large, and comfortable. The Inn was perfectly situated within a few short blocks to town, or to Victoria Park in the other direction. I would definitely recommend this wonderful Inn.

We enjoyed everything about this inn: the location was perfect - only minutes walking from both Victoria Park and downtown Charlottetown, and on a quiet street. Mike gave amazing recommendations about what to see and do in Charlottetown and across the island. There is free parking, and the room was cozy and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. I definitely recommend this to anybody visiting PEI - you are guaranteed a great experience.

Room Tip: All of the rooms are great, I'm sure, but the Rose room where we stayed was particularly lovely.

We were here only for a short stop-over. Our flight in was quite late but they stayed up to welcome us in. The room we had was large, air conditioned with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast with muffins, toast, juice. I would have liked a bit more fruit, my only comment. The location is great just a few blocks from the theatre and restaurants. I have stayed before when in Charlottetown in a chain hotel but was much nicer and will try to stay here again.
