After staying in a different B&B/inn every night of a one-week trip to New Brunswick and PEI, this was hands-down the best place and all around experience we had. The staff was extremely friendly and provided a tour of the inn. The room was large and contained everything you could need including microwave, fridge, full kitchen sink. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Charlottetown, When I explained that we had to leave before the breakfast time of 8:00, we were offered a breakfast to go which was ready and waiting for us the next morning. Fantastic experience all around.

As this was our first stay ever in a B & B we were hesitant to make a reservation, but there weren't a lot of choices within our holiday budget, so we figured we give it a try. If all our holiday B & B's are a lovely as this one, we are on for a great holiday. Lovely large room, quiet, close to boardwalk and downtown for walking, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this B & B to our friends.

We just returned home after spending 8 nights at the Heritage Harbour House. We made the right choice after reading about and considering multiple options. The location is great. We were able to easily drive to golf course all over the island while still being a short walk from many great restaurant choices. The facility is clean and well maintained. All of the staff members we met were friendly and quite helpful. Breakfasts were good and served quickly with a sweet or savory option each day. I think we made it around to the start of the menus on our eight day so there are varying options for a longer stay such as ours.

I am sure we will make a return trip to PEI and HHH will be our first option on where to stay.

Thanks to everyone there for a great time.

Room Tip: Since we were going to be there for a while, we decided to go for the king suite which had a small k...

Arrived for a 5 night stay, and everything was just as promised (advertised) including parking availability even in this town of very limited parking. Enthusiastic staff answered all questions and gave us a personal tour of the Inn. Except for the fact that there was no elevator, our third floor room was perfect, generous in size, clean, and had a very well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, allowed the windows to be open 24 hours a day....free breakfast was extremely good and varied each day. Laundry facilities were used and worked well.....walking each morning was easy as the town has boardwalks along the waterway....

Room Tip: Third floor rooms put you above the coming and going of guests checking in and out.

We stayed at Heritage Harbour House for a 3 night stay in early August 2014. We were warmly greeted by the owner and staff. After signing in, we were given a tour of the facilities while our luggage was being sent to our room on the third floor (there are no elevators). Our room was great - beautiful décor, king size bed with upscale bedding. The room also had a love seat, desk and a fully stocked kitchenette. There were many choices where you could sit and relax, either inside the inn, tucked away in a cozy corner or on an outdoor patio. Books and DVD's were also available for your use. As well, coffee and tea was always available on the main floor and you could buy cold drinks and water for a dollar through an honour box. The breakfasts were amazing. You always had a choice of two hot dishes and plenty of choices for cold items - cereal, muffins, tea biscuits, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruits. The portion sizes were just right. I would like to know if you will share the recipe for the potato and ham casserole! Yummy. The location was excellent. Very central and you could literally walk to everywhere - downtown, waterfront, Victoria Park. Lots to see and do. If you were driving, there was free parking available on site. We would recommend this inn. It exceeded our expectations. As an aside, we also enjoyed the Canada Rock's performance at the Confederation Centre. Great entertainment

Room Tip: We were happy with the third floor experience. There was an outdoor patio off the second floor whic...

We enjoyed our stay at the inn. We slept in clean comfortable beds and breakfasted to our satisfaction. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was so central, we walked everywhere and saw everything. The golf was great...What more can anybody ask of a vacation, and, the weather cooperated to the fullest. We have no hesitation in recommending the HHH to our friends and families. Well done PEI.

Room Tip: Good comfortable sleeps. Excellent breakfasts.
