The small museum was worth a visit - really enjoyed it and found Canada's pre-Confederation history very interesting.

“Good history of the making of Canada”
Reviewed 6 August 2014

Founders' Hall is a quick walk-through experience where you learn about the founding of Canada and the addition of its provinces and territories. While it's well laid out and pitches at a good level of information, the attraction itself does seem a little cheesy and there's nothing truly historic remaining at the site itself. Kids will like it but I'm sure there's a YouTube video that condenses the same story down to a minute or two.

“So so”
Reviewed 6 August 2014 via mobile

The information was presented in a fun and interesting way. It's a spoof TV newscast from the 1864 Charlottetown Conference. My issue was more with the technology. There is no reason why I should be hearing static in the headphones in between stations or have to wonder if I'm at the right spot or facing the right direction for the clip to start. I was recently at the Loch Ness Museum in Scotland and they had a similar type of display there but it worked seemlessly. If the Scotts can figure it out, we should be able to as well.

The whole thing takes about 45 minutes. Probably a bit long and boring for the kids, but they do try to make it entertaining. Location is right down in the waterfront in the information centre.

“Very Informative”
Reviewed 31 July 2014

Staff were very friendly and our stop here for 45 mns was very much worth it. We learnt so much about our History and about the 33 people involved in the first confederation meeting at Charlottetown. Found it fascinating!!!
