Owner description: Renowned for its seafood and culinary delights, Prince Edward Island is home to the internationally-recognized Culinary Institute of Canada. Located in Holland College's Tourism and Culinary Centre on the Charlottetown waterfront, The Culinary Institute of Canada has been training aspiring chefs since 1983 and is regarded by many as the premiere culinary school in the country. Students are drawn from around the world to the institute, where they have the opportunity to enjoy the unique cultural experience of Prince Edward Island and Atlantic Canada while at the same time developing the necessary skills to launch a successful culinary career. Although everyone involved was freindly and professional , the time there was totally unoranized. The two chefs were quite often busy with other duties and time was often spent looking for items. There was no orentation in the kitchen you were left to your own devises. I would not attend again.

“A great recipe for learning”

How much can you learn in four days? The Kids R Cookin' 2 camp was a very positive time for our 12 year old. She found the time in the kitchen was focused, productive and fun. The staff was professional and supportive. We are heading back there for 2013!
