The guest service representatives were great. Check in and check out was a pleasant experience. The guest service representative was Bilingual, pleasant and the check in and out was easy and efficient.
The issue with the stay was purely based on the state of the room. We stayed in room 108. There were cracks in the ceiling, the room smelled musty, the wall paper was peeling off the walls and in need of updating. During our stay hurricane Arthur was happening so instead if venturing out I stayed in and wanted to look for a movie to watch. In hotels I normally stay in there are options to pay to rent movies- no such option here- there was only very basic cable. There was no fridge in the room. There was a passive aggressive sign in the bathroom that explained if you enjoyed thier towels so much that took one you would be charged certain amounts for certain towels. This is reasonable and many other establishments have similar signs but the wording in this one seemed rude. I would not stay at this hotel again for the price I paid I expected more. More
