We were there with a large group of students and our check in was simple, breakfast was well organized, if not a bit small, rooms were good, with 2 comfortable queen beds and nice Bath & Body Works amenities. My main complaints would be the room was overly hot and even having the thermostat turned off did nothing to combat the heat. You could open the window, but only a crack. The front desk had this looked at but no changes were made.
Secondly, whatever plan our group was on for breakfast involved a sit down, pre-planned menu. Travelling with teenagers, 2 pancakes and 2 greasy sausages, and one orange slice with juice was not going to cut it. There was an entire buffet of food, but for whatever reason, we had a sit down breakfast. We would have much preferred having access to the buffet. I'm sure this was a tour group decision though, and not a hotel decision.
Staff were friendly and we were surprised how bilingual Montreal was.
2 elevators made it easy to access the main floor. Lastly, there isn't anything within easy walking distance of this hotel, so being with a group, we had to stock up on snacks the 2nd night, before our stay.More
