We stayed within 1 block of the Chateau Frontenac, it was a nice visit, did some shopping, had a really nice dinner but old Quebec does shut down early, I would say 10pm and they roll up the carpet.

We walked around Old Montreal and enjoyed the architecture and the friendly locals.
A lovely lady offered to help us with directions.
After we enjoyed visiting the Notre-Dame Basilica, we then walked around the Metro Station Building and down to the Rue St Michael, a quant shopping and restaurant street. Very nice morning walk.

Montreal is the combination of elegance and humbleness by its multiculturalism, appreciation for mankind and organization. I call it home and part of me is always there. You won't regret living in Montreal, Canada with its varieties whether in summer or in chilling winter, to get addicted to live there forever.

Want to feel like you’re in Europe without the strain of the long flight? Visit Old Montreal. With cobblestone streets, quaint shops and great restaurants, you’ll feel just like you made the trek across the ocean, minus the jet lag.
