It is such a beautiful place. Well kept and great for walking around. Enjoyed all the different areas. I loved the rose garden. But my highlight of the visit was the Chinese Garden. Just for that alone the admission fee is worth it. It is just absolutely stunning!!
Really enjoyed spending a couple of hours here and would recommend a visit

“Beautiful garden”
Reviewed 6 July 2014

Chinese and Japanese gardens a highlight. Across the street from the Olympic park. Check with them to see if you can have a package deal if you plan to go to the top of the tower at the Olympic Park or Biodome.

“Lovely Gardens, A Bit Expensive and Staff a Bit Abrupt”
Reviewed 5 July 2014

I am glad we visited the Botanical Gardens. I think that the staff could have been a bit friendlier but we really enjoyed the grounds. The roses are just about gone as of this writing so if that if that is a main objective, don't go in early July :). When we return, it will be earlier in the season because they would have been spectacular. Not sure what I was expecting in the Asian gardens, perhaps I am uninformed but they weren't terribly impressive, okay, but nothing spectacular. I did really enjoy the toxic garden (I learned a lot), and the garden of innovation was stunning. Override, enjoyable. I would rate it a 3 1/2 star if I could, but primarily based on it being over priced and not lack of displays or lack of upkeep. I know everything is expensive to maintain, etc. but it was still an expensive 3 hrs.

Beautiful and varied gardens. Very extensive greenhouse exhibits. Loved the large rose gardens. Enjoyed a pleasant visit. Lots of walking involved, but lots of places to rest.

“Well worth a visit- though watch out for school parties!”
Reviewed 5 July 2014 via mobile

I really enjoyed the quiet of the gardens, it was lovely to be able to walk around all the different gardens, and take in the different varieties and plantings. The greenhouses and insectarium were both filled with school parties when i got to them, which did spoil things somewhat as the children were generally running around shouting without supervision. Its a shame as that meant I could not enjoy the exhibits so much.

The outside gardens were less busy and well worth the walk!
