We spent our Christmas holidays at this hotel. The comfort and the excellent service made us feel right at home. The staff at the reception were always friendly and helpful, no matter what time of day it was. And just a five minute walk to the nearest subway station, great shopping and restaurants.

I stay at this hotel twice a year when in Montreal on business and have for the past 4 years. The front desk service is always excellent and the rooms are spotless and decorated with great taste. Some evenings, there are complimentary snacks in the lounge area which is lovely after a long day. The complimentary breakfast features a wide range of choices complete with coffee to go and your choice of newspaper. The hotel is quiet at night - very important after long working days.

It is well situated in Westmount near a large shopping mall, theatres and great bus routes and metro service to downtown.

This well priced hotel is more like having an apartment away from home as your room has complete cooking facilities which is wonderful for the traveller on extended stays or for those who do not like to dine out alone and prefer to stay in.

I stayed here with two teenaged boys who were playing a tournament at a nearby club. The hotel is located in the Westmount area, and was within a 25 minute walk of the downtown core. It is a $9 taxi ride to Old Montreal.

Our suite had a bedroom with two double beds and the living room had a double pull out sofa that comfortably accomodates one adult. The kitchen is very well equipped and even has a small dishwasher. We did not do any cooking but it was great, with two teenaged boys who never stop eating, to have a kitchen/fridge stocked with some food. The suites are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Three of us were able to sit comfortably in the living room and watch tv, and there is another tv in the bedroom. The bedroom is large and there is a large closet, which easily accomodated three people's clothing and empty suitcases.

A buffet breakfast is served downstairs from 7-10am, and provided us with a choice of juices, breads, coffee/tea, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, hot/cold cereals, waffles, French toast, yogurt, and fruit. A newspaper is delivered to the suite every morning and there are lots of extra newspapers available in the lobby. The lobby is spacious, and there is a very comfortable sitting area with a fireplace and large screen television. The pool is located on the top floor along with the exercise room - great view over the city.

The Pepsi Forum, old Canadiens hockey site, is now a mall with cinemas and that was in the block behind the hotel. We went for dinner to Guido and Angelina's - a trendy and well priced pasta place. There is another mall across the street from Pepsi Forum with an IGA grocery store where we stocked up with food for the boys.

Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and have an excellent knowledge of the neighbourhood. I am always amazed with hotels that have front desk staff who are clueless about the neighbourhoods they work in. The staff at this hotel are very knowledgeable so we asked them for help whenever we needed it.

The hotel is not luxurious but it is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The next time I have to visit Montreal with teens, I will definitely stay here.

The hotel is located very close to Atwater Metro station and is nicely located very close to Montreal Downtown. This is a pure business hotel with decent breakfast and good rooms to stay. The building is very old. However the rooms are well maintained and there is a pool and GYM at the top floor of the building. There are no restaurants inside the hotel but a 5 minute walk from the hotel gives u lots of options to eat out. A very nice and good Value for Money hotel for business travellers.
