The staff are outstanding - so kind, helpful and knowledgable. Basket breakfast delivered to your room is nice; and the evening snack downstairs is a great idea. The room was comfortable and quiet, even facing the front street. Located a block from the Metro station and within walking distance of many sites. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location in downtown Montreal. Safe parking (albeit at a fee) right behind Inn. Entrance to shopping/metro right across the street. Clean, safe, and helpful staff. Loved the breakfast basket delivered to room each morning. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.

We just completed a week long stay at this establishment and very well pleased with the total experience. The room was very comfortable, roomy and very clean; the maid staff was very efficient and complied with any request we made. We also cannot say enough about the staff, Myriam, Chantal and William. They were very friendly, very helpful and seemed to anticipate questions we may have had. Hats off to them, they are a great asset to the hotel and to travelers. The hotel is also in a great location. Access to the Metro and to the central bus station was perfect. The Berry-UQAM station is the only one where three of the four subway lines meet. Buy a week long Metro pass at the airport and be adventurous, the subway gets you to almost anywhere. Terrific hotel, great staff and location. You won't be sorry you stayed there.

Room Tip: Do a "superior" room. And check with the hotel for specials. We used discount tickets from...

I stayed there in early August 2013. I had a single room and the room was a bit on the small side (reminded me of some of the business hotel I stayed at in Japan). I only stayed there for 2 nights. The room was clean and adequate for my needs. If you prefer a bigger room, you might want to spend the extra money. The auberge made up in location and service. The auberge is within walking distance of the old port and plenty of great restaurants. The metro station was right across the street. The staff was friendly but at the same time very professional. They were very helpful in directions and were very familiar with local information. The breakfasts were good and was on my door as promised. This is great if you have to leave early in the morning. I would definitely stay there again.

First, before I even arrived, I had emailed them asking about transportation choices and was very promptly emailed back (~ 30mins). There is staff 24hrs at the front desk and every time we met someone new, they were equally as gracious and welcoming. The room itself was clean and quiet. Receiving breakfast to our room was a great bonus. It generally included croissants, muffins, juice, jam, yogurt, and fruit.

The location is awesome. It's within walking distance to a lot of great destinations: Old Montreal, St. Denis, The Village/Latin Quarter, and we even decided to walk to the Underground City. Otherwise, the metro station is literally across the street and the bus station is around the corner.

I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend Auberge le Pomerol. I would definitely stay there again!

This auberge is really cozy and easy to find. Near everything you need from restaurant, to shopping and spas. We really loved the breakfast in the morning. The service is excellent. Chantal, at the reception is very friendly and professional. The parking is secure and cheap compared to other parking lots.

If we ever go to Montreal, we will stay at auberge Le Pomerol. We left with some great memories!
