This was the best B & B we had found in Eastern Canada. The owner Jean - Rene was wonderful, a most kind and friendly man who was genuinely interested in his guests - including the taking photos of all his guests. Rene made us feel at home on arrival, providing a city map together with very helpful itinerary ideas. While the room was not large, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. He gave us tickets to the Botanic Gardens worth $28 each. The location was close to downtown and very close to the Metro which made exploring the city very easy. The breakfasts were delicious, particularly the blueberry crepe; we were able to make coffee H24. We would love to stay there again if we are ever in Montreal again. I have no hesitation in recommending the B & B, Rene made our stay in his city most memorable..
