Only good things - big and clean room, big bathroom with good light, there is fridge and safe in the room, free WiFI, spacious gym on the top floor, good location of the hotel. Breakfast is not included but it wasn´t a problem for us.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. As one other reviewer mentioned, this is a Courtyard but feels more like a regular Marriott, all the rooms are very nicely appointed with contemporary decor and are very spacious. The staff are very attentive and the price is certainly right for the location. We were within walking distance to Old Montreal close to shopping, restaurants and the port area. I will definitely come back here when I visit Montreal again.

Room Tip: I'm quite certain that all the rooms are equally fine for location. The hotel is very quiet. Vie...

I would rate this 4.5 stars, just a couple of small things that weren't perfect. The location, on Rene Levesque IS perfect: Walking distance to old Montreal, close to Place-des-Arts and Metro station, walking distance to Chinese Quarter, close to Restaurants in neighborhoods at the edge of downtown. And, less than a block drop off for 747, with pick-up right across the street. I thought the housekeeping service could've been better and though the concierges were pleasant and polite, they were not assertive with any recommendations and they didn't know about many local events, perhaps things they wouldn't care about, but which I as a tourist would've have liked to have known about (we discovered a lot on our own). Only had drinks and breakfast at restaurant, it was okay, prices about the same as local places, but with less atmosphere.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor, excellent view of the city

Our family of four stayed here for two nights. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The entire hotel looked new. Close walk to Old Montreal. Staff were amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed with family and loved the style(very modern) and beautiful decor. Our room had two queen very comfortable beds, refrigerator and coffee maker. We also had a nice view of the city.Great location close to Old Montreal, metro and inexpensive cabs.Loved the pool, hot tub and clean workout room. The staff was extremely helpful and housekeeping fast to deliver anything we needed. No room service but the restaurant was nice and food good. We arrived early and to my surprise our room was ready. Thanks to all the staff and especially David who made us feel right at home.

I was visiting Montreal for the first time, on a weekend trip to take in the Old Town, Cirque show and visit the Casino de Montreal! I found this great hotel via previous good online reviews - and they were all spot on.
We parked outside and by the time we had checked in, our car was already recorded and the staff handed us our parking voucher with no fuss and a great smile.
After unpacking and a long journey, we asked whether we could have a drink at the adjacent hotel restaurant, The Darlington - we were not only told we could, but also offered alternatives outside of the hotel property. This is a first for me - the whole attitude of the desk staff was your preference, nit making the hotel an extra few dollars! We decided to stay in the hotel and the bar was fantastic, the service great - and Leffe Blonde was on tap! Always a winner :)
The location was perfect, with the old town within 5 minutes walk, the Casino a 10 minute drive, and the Cirque Big Top only a 20 minute stroll through the picturesque Old Town itself.
I cannot recommend the hotel and the city highly enough. Wherever we went, we saw only the best service and friendly attitudes.
Thanks Montreal! We will be back!

Room Tip: We stayed in a standard King room, which was the smallest option, but absolutely perfect for a coupl...

The place is very new looking. The rooms spacious, comfortable beds, nice fitness room and pool. It is close to the subway system, and we walked to St Denis and the surrounding neighborhoods in 10-15 min (felt like I was in a mixture of SoHo and the village with all the eateries and shops).

The staff was very courteous on check in and anything else we needed (directions to sites, toothpaste, late night snack).

Only downside is the 25$ a day (Canadian) to park in their garage. I think 10$ a day would be appropriate.
We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast one day. It was good, large portions, friendly servers.

btw-Im not French speaking.
