What a great place to stay, right on the edge of old town. Our suite was very nicely furnished and was very clean and comfortable. Our unit looked like it was recently re-modeled. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast and late afternoon drink time were real good. What more can I say? We would return again for sure. Also, a great value for the price.

We often stay at this hotel when visiting Montreal thanks to it's great location and modern, updated decor. The suites are comfortable, very posh and very spacious. The jetted tub and fireplace was a huge bonus. The happy hour and free full buffet breakfast is always great and very filling. Made to order omlette bar also adds a little something extra.

Will definitely return and continue staying at the Embassy Suites in Montreal when I visit.

I stayed here 3 nights whilst in Montreal, all staff were really helpful and friendly, including the restaurant staff who were also very pleasant, especially when I requested a late night dinner in the restaurant - the pasta was great!
My room was excellent! Very roomy, super comfy bed, large kitchen and nice bathroom. Quiet all night, didn't hear a thing outside or within the hotel... slept perfectly!
Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything (station, china town and old montreal). Not a problem at all getting around.
The hotel is very busy though, lots of people about at front desk and especially over breakfast (tip - the earlier you get to your breakfast the better - you'll have trouble finding a place to sit at 9am). Breakfast was also good, with omelets made to your liking and a large selection of hot and cold breakfast foods.
Free wi-fi, but I did have trouble with the reception at times, but it did work most of the time.
They also provide 2 free drinks every evening (happy hour) an added bonus, along with very helpful concierge.
In all, great place to stay and without a doubt, would stay again.

This hotel is very conviently located to Old Montreal and the Metro station. The 1 bedroom suite we stayed in was vary large and comfortable. The underground parking is easy to access. I did find the rooms to be a little bit worn and there were several stains on the carpet and sofa bed. This kind of turned me off at first but once we were settled in the room, we enjoed the spacious room and kitchen facilities. Also, the breakfast buffet and the Managers reception were extremely busy, making it difficult to find clean tables but the food and drinks were good. This is not a fancy hotel, it is a functional hotel which is what we needed for our stay in Montreal. If I was looking for a hotel in a great location at a reasonable price with a free breakfast in Montreal, I would stay here again.

Front desk staff were very helpful and courtesy. They were very approachable compare with other hotels i had been with. The location of the hotel was perfect for us because we would like to be in walking distance to China Town and Old Montreal. Yet it was convenient by the core roads accessing to the highway. There were some issues with the restaurant staff, who would need more training on the topic about peanut allergy. They had no clue food contamination could cause reaction. Also, language skill especially in English - when they could not hear clearly, they said "what" loudly.

My wife and I just stayed at the Embassy Suites in the old Montreal with one baby and one toddler. We had a wonderful time there during a three-day week-end. We were able to quickly walk our double-stroller to all major downtown PoI from there.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even when the hotel is busy with people. The room was just perfect with the fridge to store the milk, the microwave to warm up dishes, two TVs, and other gadgets that we did not use. Everything was state of the art and mostly silent!

We had a separate bedroom that we could close using a sliding door. This was exactly as we wanted to keep the baby in the living room for her to sleep quietly, which worked perfectly.

Our toddler loved the Jacuzzi in the bathroom. This was much better for his nightime bath than our bathtub at home!

We only went to the restaurant for the complimentary breakfast and happy hour. The food was ok there, but the staff was able extremely accommodating. The underground parking can be tight with a bigger car but doable.

The only real downside was the WiFi, which is free but only usable in the reception area. The signal was too weak in the rooms to be useful.

Room Tip: Higher level means less WiFi!
