I have been wanting to try this place forever but with their limited business hours and no reservations, I never got around to it till now!
The place is tiny! Tiny, 1 waitress, 1 cook and 1 that floats between both stations, I recommend getting there at 6 when they open to get a table!

The food was really great, we had a seafood pancake and popcorn chicken which came with the most amazing dipping sauce.
Based the table beside us recommendation I had the beef bulgogi which was very tasty.
This is a small place so it us an ideal local joint but not suited for private conversations or romantic dinners,
The food is unpretentious and tasty. It is not on the cheap side but I feel happy with what I received for the price,
I will definatly be revisiting

I returned to this restaurant after its renovation. There is a better ventilation and it's a bit more comfortable.

I ordered a seafood pancake, which is excellent and one of the most ordered appetizers in the restaurant. On the downside, it was soaked with oil, most likely deep fried, and filled with too many carrots as opposed to actual pieces of seafood. Then comes the short rib slices which were sweet and very tough. My last item from the menu is Bibimbap, a rice dish (combined with vegetables and meat) which was very ordinary, and not very generous in portion compared to my previous experiences in other Korean places. The egg was small, there was little rice and once again, too many carrots.

The service was very slow, with only 3 tables to wait upon. My spouse had to make several requests to the waitress before getting a second refill for her tea, which was towards the end of the meal. The dishes average to approximately $20 per plate. The price had increased since my last visit. Furthermore, the waiter verbally reminded me to pay a 15 % tip with arrogance . I am glad this is not the only Korean restaurant in town. There are some other Korean restaurants with better service, ambiance, and similar food and cheaper. Not worth the hassle.

Not that many Korean restaurants in Montreal. This one is among the only two Korean restaurants that I go to within this province. I liked their DdukBokGi,Hwae Dup Bap, and the Eel combo. It's a cute small cozy place, so go early so you don't end up doing the line up, especially on Friday evenings.
