Cuisine & Dépendance is a lovely restaurant in the Plateau. More geared towards an older (theatre) clientele, we still felt comfortable in the setting. We're in our early thirties and everyone there seemed to be over fifty the day we had gone, which was kind of strange. The menu is written on paper on the wall and you can tell the chefs is very detail oriented. The only con was the service which was a tad over the top, the waitress explained every tiny detail of every single item on the menu, it was exhausting. But everything turned out to be delicious, the brandade de morue was exceptional (and is available for take-out as well!!).
