“nice architecture”
Reviewed 11 July 2014

we arriving in this building in the afternoon after exploring Old quebec and plain Abraham. The architecture is very nice and have the European feeling. many young Quebecois hanging out here in the summer from skate boarder to people that just eating their dinner in the out side. The view is very nice and closed to Grand Allee and Hilton Hotel.we couldn't take a tour since they already closed but according to the guard the tour is free and around 30 minutes in bi lingual english and french available.

“Lovely place!”
Reviewed 9 July 2014

My husband and I were staying in the Hilton right across the street and walked past the Parliament Building several times. This building has lovely architecture and sculptures. Wish we had more time to do a tour, but we couldn't fit it in.

“Nice building and tour, however service at info kiosk lacking”
Reviewed 8 July 2014

The outside is great for taking pictures as the grounds are beautiful. Inside the building is nice as well if you are able to take the free tour. The tour lasts approx. 30 minutes and is offered in both English and French. There is an information kiosk outside where you can obtain information on the tour times for that day. The times vary based on any parliamentary activities that may be taking place.

The outdoor information kiosk could have been more helpful. When we arrived at the kiosk at 2 pm, she told us the next English tour was at 4 pm and to come back, which we did. Only upon our return, with another person at the kiosk, were we informed the English tour at 4 pm was full and it was the last one for the day. They hand out free tickets for your entry. The lady who was at the desk at 2 pm never offered us tickets or said anything about it being full, which leads me to believe it wasn't at that time, as most people did not arrive in advance. She should have be more helpful in providing visitors with the information they are requesting and explaining what is required to enter. Given it was a scorching hot day, we didn't appreciate walking around for hours to pass the time, only to be told there was no longer space.

Nonetheless we went on the French tour which still had space so we could see the interior of the building, which was very nice. If you don't speak French and want to go on the English tour, be sure to ask about the free tickets as space fills up quickly it seems. Overall a nice stop to make while touring Quebec City.

“A place to hang out”
Reviewed 7 July 2014

A nice place to hang out, though that is all that can really be done there. We didn't go inside the building. If the weather is nice, eating lunch or dinner in the area around the Parliament is nice. I would recommend that people see this if they go to Quebec, but it is not a necessary thing to see.

“Beautiful Building - Take the Free Tour”
Reviewed 7 July 2014

The site of Quebec's National Assembly is beautiful - both the building and the grounds. Try and take the free tour. I arrived at 4 pm and was able to get right in for an English language tour. The interior is very nice and the tour guide was great.
