“Picture perfect in snow!”
Reviewed 1 June 2014

It was a photograph of this street, deep in snow, which made us choose Old Quebec City as our holiday destination for a White Christmas. We're Aussies! What can I say?
In winter, it is not full of people. It was delightful. Plenty of little shops to browse in and find a souvenir, or a meal. I must admit we only came down here to wander, as we were staying for a week in the Old City and were spoilt for choice.
Riding the funicular down to Petit Champlain was fun!

“Take the time to Explore and Pause”
Reviewed 26 May 2014

Brilliant shops, highly-professional street musicians, and relaxing patios such as Le Lapin Saute need all to be savored. Take a full afternoon to saunter through the shops, have a beer on Le Lapin's terrace, and listen to the music. It will relax you so that you never want to leave.
