Was there the week before Halloween, it was decorated all along the path with different scenes depicting different times/troubles of the history of Quebec City..was lots of fun to see.....would no doubt be gorgeous in the summer when flowers are in full bloom!!!

Delightful park with ghoulish displays in honor of Halloween. Would love to see it in its floral glory earlier in the year.

This park was all dressed up for Halloween with it's ghosts, scarecrows and pumpkin scenes. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy the children taking in all the scary exhibits.

“Beautiful little park in the middle of a beautiful large park.”
Reviewed 19 October 2013

Joan of Arc is a beautiful garden in the middle of a large park overlooking the river. It was interesting when I asked for directions from a emergency aid vehicle on a break, I was only a block away but they had no idea where it was; guess they never get any aid calls for there! It is a nice walk and a nice place for a stop and rest.

“Halloween Ready!”
Reviewed 15 October 2013

I really love gardens and no exception the Joan of Arc was all set up and decorated for Halloween, it was awesome! They had some very nice foliage in their gardens (I really liked the ornamental peppers " Black Pearl" variety, not to mention scarecrows, coffins, witches, and ghosts. This is an attraction to see and with the information signs for a self guided tour relating to history! BOO, don't be scared grab a coffee on these cooler days and stroll over to have a look, well worth it!
