This place is wonderful.
Nothing spectacular from the outside(although that's my style) but nice and neat on the inside. Modern-ish kind of style to it. Clean feel to the room, nice spa bathtub and huge shower too.
Comfy beds, lots of storage. Our room had a nice fireplace. Lots of plants and greenery. Nice courtyard that houses a delicious restaurant called "Toast!". This place is also bomb.
Hotel has GREAT BREAKFAST(free). My wife has Celiac disease and they catered to her gluten intolerance with ease. (A huge +)
On that note, the staff is extremely nice. They speak English very well, and were helpful in navigating the must sees of the city.
They literally catered to our every need, whether it was calling for a cab, printing out show tickets, making dinner reservations for us... They even researched and booked a room for me and my wife in Montreal, the next city on our trip.
If there were 5 stars to rate this place, I'd give it 10.
