We booked the #1 condo. There were two floors. The first was the bedroom, with a sitting area. A few steps down was the bathroom with a large jetted tub-it was wonderful. Upstairs was a kitchen, eating area, and living area with a gas fireplace. The wall held a Murphy bed. There is also a small deck which offers views of the St. Lawrence River. Look at the website pictures as others have said. Our rooms were so very cosy and charming, and perfectly appointed. It is located right next to all of the Old Walled city attractions, restaurants, a park, and the long huge boardwalk along the St. Lawrence, and the Funicular to the shops down by the river. Staff was very friendly. You cannot beat this place for the charm and location.

Lovely welcome, very helpful staff, well appointed room with fridge, coffee maker, great bathroom. Quiet but handy to all in old city. We enjoyed Room 7 with its view of Chateau copper roofing. Parking available in underground garage nearby at daiky rate.

Room Tip: Ask for room overlooking park or ask for large room if needed. Unfortunately air con needed as windo...

We stayed in the charming condo which was exactly as pictured on the website. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was updated, clean & spacious with lots of space to move around. I would not recommend the condo if you have toddlers or if you have mobility issues, as there are a lot of stairs to climb. The air-conditionned condo, however, does have a Jacuzzi tub, which was a hit with the kids. Manoir Sur-le-Cap is conveniently located in Old Quebec, in walking distance to everything including shops, restaurants, street entertainers, artists, La Citadelle & Les Plaines d'Abraham. The area is so unique with its old buildings and cobble stone streets, and the condo fits right in with its brick exposed walls & beams. We also appreciated the deck with wonderful views of the St-Lawrence. We picked this particular suite partly because of the kitchenette. And although it was a bit pricey, we ate in several times and saved money on meals. If you're going to do this, pack accordingly as the mini-fridge is small and there is no stovetop. I should also mention that the service was outstanding and luckily, the owners were able to provide us with a parking space at the back (for a fee), which was convenient as we had a lot of luggage to carry in. I would not hesitate to recommend Manoir Sur-le-Cap. Book early and avoid disappointment!

We stayed in Room #7. The room was so quaint and the bathroom was huge. Our room had a stunning view of the top of the Fairmont Hotel when it was lite up.... Beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful for where to eat and visit. When visiting this area don't stay at a big hotel ... You will miss how quaint this area of Quebec really is!

My mom and I stayed here for three overnights and really enjoyed it. We booked one of the small rooms (room 12) and found it suited our needs perfectly, despite the small size. The room has a great balcony, which was perfect for reading, drinking coffee, or enjoying a glass of wine. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The inn is also in a perfect location--away from the busy streets but a short walk to everything!

I can not say enough about this property! If you go to their website, "what you see, is exactly what you get". The photos are 100% accurate. As for hospitality, it could not have been nicer. It is a bit costly, but well worth the treat of staying there. Location is the best for parking the car and walking all around this historic old city, being just across the park from the Frontenac Hotel.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great. Each has it own unique style, designed for different by the numbers of gues...

This quaint hotel is a wonderful retreat. Step back in history. You won't be disappointed. Positioned in close proximity to Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City, it is very comfortable and clean. The staff on reception are extremely helpful and pleasant, making you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive.

Worth booking ahead as there are limited apartments available, considering the proximity of this hotel to the centre of Old Quebec. In easy walking distance of the restaurant and bar strips in the centre of old Quebec City. Also an easy walk to the shopping strip at the foreshore to the river. Highly recommend.
