From the beginning to the end our stay at Le Manior d'Auteuil was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself was in a great spot that was easy walking distance to everything in the Old City. The staff was outstanding! Friendly, helpful and all went out of their way to help and make you feel at home.

This small hotel in easy walking distance to the old city has friendly, helpful staff who helped with great restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our spacious room was comfortable and breakfasts were delightful, fresh and perfect before heading out for the day.

Bonjour Mme. Susan B, Thank you for your support and for taking a moment to review your stay. Given the that building originally served as a single family home, each room is unique. We have from petit and charming as in the European rooms, to spacious and luxurious as with the Junior Suites. We are thrilled to hear you were happy with your room choice. It was a pleasure serving you and we hope to welcome you back one day in the future. Merci beaucoup! Linda

Bonjour and thank you for your vote of confidence. The location is ideal. We are within the walls of the Old City and the building dates to 1835. It was a pleasure welcoming you to our beautiful city and we would be honoured to have you back. Merci encore, Linda

Lovely hotel in a great location.
If arriving by train just be aware that it is an uphill adventure to walk to the hotel only about 15 mins.
Staff friendly
Our room on the 4 th floor so limited height ceiling and wash basin in the bedroom which may not be ideal for some
My average score comes from the fact that the rooms are not sound proof so people coming in late or leaving early woke me up, and also the water cistern in the roof space kept coming on I presume filling up while again was a bit loud.
Old building so these things happen but I think the door could have been a bit better.
Breakfast was good and fresh

Bonjour M. Nigel B, Thank you for taking a moment to review your stay with us. The top floor rooms are our European rooms as they are smaller with slanted ceilings and a dormer window. If stairs are an issue, these rooms would not be the best choice for you. The door is solid wood, but it is true that sound travels through the doors. My apologies that other clients disturbed you. We do not have a water cistern in the attic, so I will definitely research what it was that you heard. Thank you for letting us know. It was a pleasure having you with us and thank you again, merci beaucoup, Linda

This was our first visit to Quebec City. We selected this hotel within the walls of the old city and were not disappointed. The location is fantastic and the staff is wonderful. We had a suite on the second floor. Upon arrival the staff helped put our luggage into our room and provided excellent recommendations for dinner and sight seeing . I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quebec City.

Bonjour M. Jensen, Thank you for taking a moment to review your stay with us. You did indeed have one of our historic Junior Suites. These two rooms originally served as the master suites when the manoir served as a single family home. They are very spacious with high ceilings and the lovely spacious art deco bathrooms. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and room. It was a pleasure to meet you and we hope to have the honour of welcoming you back one day in the future. Merci beaucoup, Linda
