Was attracted to an audio walking tour offered and seen in local ad. Got to visitor's center and found rep who seemed pleasaant enough. When asked about the walking tour, he started testing batteries (not a good start). He took two units out of the back of a drawer, blew off the dust, and spent the next twenty minutes seeing if he he could them to work. Each unit was roughly the size of Jane's thumb, with control buttons of all sort that a newborn might have difficulty accessing. After paying for the units, we spent the next five minutes telling the rep nothing worked. He gave us a refund, promised to call his manager, and seemed glad we were leaving. Went to a another tour with a director in the same area--highly recommed you take Les Tours Voir Quebec and ask for Mike. Fabulous tour guide--could not have spent two hours more pleasantly and productively.
