I ate here several times during my stay, and mainly got the lamb entree, which is served over couscous. The first time there were root vegetables, carrots, parsnips and I think rutabagas. The veggies were perfectly cooked, delectable and very flavorful.
The lamb was tender and juicy, it tasted like a cassoulet cooked by a mom or grandma with crazy culinary skills.
The next time it was a different combination of vegetables, but equally good. I actually bought a final dish to take on the airplane! The folks who work there are very nice, and I can't wait to visit Quebec again.
