Just a night stay means can't complain that much. anway how we chek inn late and chek out early , the room was spacious , we had the king size bed clean and comfi-furniture is good , for the washroom is clean but the toilet was rusted , no big deals were not that too picky to complain . staff are friendly and helpfull specially the operators . for the location is 10 minutes drive to downtown its not good if you do not have a car the parking is $10 / night . not bad.so with our room rate.
for the next time if we visit Quebec -maybe will get more closer to downtown this hotel is okay for a night stay.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms very very very clean and we loved the bedding. It was very comfortable. The location is excellent with the views of golf course. If you are bringing your car along, drive to downtown is just 15 minutes. Everything is very new and clean. Will definitely stay here again. Only downside is very small pool and gym is not in the same building. You have to drive 5 minutes to go to the gym for which hotel, of course, provides the free pass.

Great value ($99+ txs) which is a great deal.

Cons:
Far from the attractions, 10-15 min drive. The gym is contracted with some other distant facility (not on premises). Bottled water are supposed to be free, they gave us 1 bottle for a room of four ppl, when I asked for more the guy gave me 2, but the girl receptionist tried to charge me $2 for more, PETTY. The pool is pathetic & tiny. The golf course only looks nice, it doesn't open till next year. The reception and waiting lounge area are tiny and almost inexistent.

Pros:
Very shiny facility, Fantastic Showers and furniture,GREAT BED. We were stuck with 1 Queen & 1 Sofa Bed because we booked too late on a long weekend, I would've appreciated an upgrade. The rooms are small, but I prefer a small room with NICE furniture over big room with old furniture. Checkout was nice and easy as they just stick your receipt along with the morning News Paper at your door, all you have to do is leave. If all you care about is a good Room, then just make sure you get a normal suite and this is the hotel for you! If you want all the good facilities, then pick a different hotel.

We stayed at this hotel because the Courtyard Marriott was full and not able to honour our reservation.

Upon check-in at the Four Points, they did not immediately realize we were platinum SPG members. We were given an ordinary room.

Once we reached the room the front desk called and apologized for giving us an "ordinary" room and asked if we wanted to move to a suite. The suite that was given to us was a two-bedroom two-storey, two-bathroom suite. The second bedroom was a loft style. The suite had 3 TVs and a fireplace. Wireless internet was complimentary.

The hotel is very quiet...it is in an out of the way location If you want to experience Old Quebec, the hotel probably isn't a good idea...you're better off staying at the Marriott or a boutique hotel.

Only "complaint" about the service was the slowness in recognizing platinum SPG membership. Everything is brand new...the hotel just opened in 2006. All the decor etc. is very nice.

A pleasant stay but the hotel is not as close to the Old City as we believed. Although advised that it is an 8 minute drive, it took us twice that time to get there from Old Québec City.

The hotel is fairly new and enforces a non-smoking environment, which we appreciated, having recently been provided with a smoked-in non-smoking room at another Sheraton property located in Maine.

The front-desk staff was most friendly and helpful, and presented no problems whatsoever with speaking either English or understanding my mediocre high school French.

The traditional room was clean and comfortable and at the time of our stay, wireless internet was complimentary as was bottled water.

The pool does double-duty as a hot tub in the winter months, so it is rather small. Although it does not have an exercise facility on the premises guests do have privileges at a nearby health club, which I discovered after the fact.

New hotel. quiet, great rooms. friendly staff - excellent restaurant. Located away from downtown however, so you really need a car to get back into old and upper quebec city. Cab will cost $25 one way.

There is a access to public transit #801 which will drop you off all the the main areas- its a 10-15 mintute walk to the busstop and is a 30 minute ride. Very reliable and runs every 10 minutes to and from downtown- even on weekends which is great.$2.50 one way or $5.00 for a day pass(avail at any tabac)

If you have a car, drive 20 min to Valcartier Village Vacances - winter snow-tubing (47 runs rated easy to extremely difficult)VERY FUN!

my stay at this hotel was very nice.
It is about 10 minutes to drive from downtown Quebec.
The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and the room was great. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and everything was clean.
When I was there in September the hotel had only opened 2 months before. The only thing I can complain about is the pool as it is very very small.
I would definately stay there again, very nice hotel!
