My mother and I pulled into Regina around 10 at night, we didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for a good night sleep. The room was huge compared to the one that we stayed at in Calgary. It was very tired looking and really could use a remodel, but the beds were very comfy and clean. the water pressure in the bathroom was awesome. Now if I was staying in Regina for a weeks holiday, I would stay elsewhere. But for a night it was good, for the price that we paid. breakfast was very lacking though, basically it was cereal and apples and that was it. No toast or anything like that.

Tried a few others in the same area but it seems that most are pricing their rooms out of touch for the average traveller. So we pulled in here...big mistake....rooms were musty, carpets torn and stained, very noisy at nite and the entire place could be renovated...but I guess that would only drive up the price

I stay here frequently when travelling for business and pleasure. Very conveniently located in the center of Regina.
clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms, good friendly service, at a very reasonable price.

Not sure why people have rated it so high. Based on Google reviews I chose this hotel to stay. But my experience is quite opposite. This is one of the worst hotel in town. Only one thing is good , its cheap compared to other hotels and everything good ends there.

Dirty and smelly rooms, dust covered carpet, cramped bathroom, tens of years old bedsheet and pillow covers, poor lighting....you name the thing and you will miss the quality. Internet is freaking slow and frustrating and most of the evening it will not work.

The old man at the front desk is evil. Can you imagine they have a dog at reception and it barks at guests too! I just misplaced my room key and this old man had a big fight with me.

If you want to stay cheap and paying from your pocket you may consider this hotel but if you are corporate customer then surely stay away from it. Pay little more money and make your stay comfortable at another hotel. For me this hotel is never again.

Very friendly manager and staff. Fantastic location if you need to make use of city transit. One bus takes you to all locations, close to airport. The room was cleaned every day at the same time with bedding and towels replaced. Adequate heating considering it was -40*c when I arrived. There was also a big flat screen TV. Only complaint was restaurant under renovation but directly opposite was a subways and Tim Horton

Nice staff, great rooms for the price, clean, quiet, and they don't charge you an arm and leg for a night's stay. Not sure what others are complaining about. If you want the Hilton experience, go elsewhere. If you want a good room at great price, stay here.

I don't know where to begin, this place is without a doubt one of the worst ones, I slept one night there because they didn't refund me, the internet they say is high speed didn't load a single youtube video, it's really old, beds are hard and you can fell the springs in your back, but the worst part is the horrible smell of sewage if every room... I tried 3 of them and same thing... I know its a very cheap Motel, but in the following night I moved to the sunrise hotel in across town and the room was the same price and was brand new and very clean, smelling of fresh paint! Sorry but the owners should do something about this place you shut it down!
