Service was decent but didn't make you feel welcome. There was also no continental breakfast which would benefit the hotel plus the price was ridiculous for no extra features besides a kurig. The tv's also had no input to plug a DVD player in. Which is disappointing since there's nothing family friendly on late at night. The pool was also small and overcrowded I understand space is limited but there should be a limit for people allowed in. The staff for the pool also shouldn't allow babies into the hot tub, as a trained lifeguard this is very disappointing to see and is also a danger and nuisance. I understand the hot tub isn't that hot at most warm but it is still not allowed and the hot tub's temperature should be more controlled and monitored for clarity. Balcony rooms should be sound proofed and the balconies on one side only has wooden fence posts making it easy to climb. Overall for the price it should include a free breakfast of some sort and tv's should have input places to hook up DVD players and such if none are provided. I understand you can avoid some of the other things listed but they are still problems I think the hotel should be aware of.
