“First and worst place we stayed from BC to NS and back”
Reviewed 14 August 2012

It started off with the desk clerk not allowing us to see the room before we checked in. Should have known it was a mistake right away. Supposed to be non-smoking, but was stinky, musty, and poorly maintained. Everything was dirty. It was noisy throughout the night. The price was ridiculous for the quality of the room. Out of the 17 hotels we've stayed in on this trip, this is the worst. We avoided Comfort Inns for the rest of the trip as a result of our stay here.

The hotel has some good points, price is very affordable, staff very nice and helpful, rooms are average, but comfortable, recycling is everywhere, and this is good, but, everywhere in the hotel there is a sickly kinda sweet smell, not strong, but still, just not right. The bed was not comfortable at all, too soft, lumpy. I probably will not stay here again.

15.00 more for main floor room, no elevator so if you have much to carry be prepared! Price is high for what you don't get. Staff is great, sometimes cleaning of rooms is not too good, but at least it has microwave and fridge. Beds need replaced real bad. Easy access to everything and is very quiet even though major road goes right by. Should tell you no elevator, especially for any handicapped people, also lots of pets and rooms do have that smell. Plus is very helpful front desk staff, make the issues go away as they are terrific.

While this hotel is certainly affordable, you get what you pay for. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly, but there is nothing exceptional about the hotel. The complimentary breakfast has a considerable lack of selection.

My room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge and microwave.Staff were friendly and helpful at check in.I was able to walk a short distance for supper which was nice after a long drive, although crossing circle drive is a challenge. There is good access to various points from this inn.The seating area for the continental breakfast is quite small. This inn can be a little tricky to find the first time.Overall a good place to stay.

This is a standard Comfort Inn which is sufficient for most people's needs. They have a small continental breakfast and free newspapers at the door. The rooms are fairly clean and the bathrooms are as well.
The location is a bit of a problem. It is on the edge of an industrial area and there are not a lot of good restaurants nearby. You are required to cross one of the busiest roadways in Saskatoon to get to most of them, and the city forgot about sidewalks for most of the area. You will be walking across lawns and up raised areas real close to traffic.
All in all, not a bad place for a night or two as long as you are driving around.

Was assured at our last stay at the Kenora Comfort Inn that we would not only get the same at this hotel, but also receive a further discount and a gift card as we were staying at two Comfort Inns. Arrived at the Saskatoon Comfort Inn only to be told they would not honour the rate! Said we should have booked thru their 1-800 number. I called the 1-800 from the desk and they were very very rude(his name was Ron) who basically told me I was lying about the rate! He then proceeded to pass me on to his supervisor, who had apparently left for the day, I then was cut off from the call! I asked the girl at the desk to please help us out. She said she could not! Terrible customer service. Don't stay here!
