Excellent service and price, room was clean, and friendly and helpful staff at reception desk. Convenient location, walk-able to anywhere in downtown Saskatoon. The included breakfast buffet lacked variety and was just mediocre compare to others such as Holiday Inn. Would still recommend it for the price and location.

We have stayed at the Senator numerous times in the past, this time we stayed in room #118. The room was very clean with a queen bed and large flat screen TV. The bed was comfortable and all towels in the bathroom were good quality. As I indicated we have stayed here many times and the one thing I can say is that they are always working on improving the hotel. This time they were installing oak wainscoting in the hallways. While parking is limited it is free and we have always been able to get a spot. There is a free continental breakfast included with the room as well. Next time in Saskatoon we know where we are staying.

Loved the hotel...excellent food in hotel. Loved the history and the ghost stories!!! Anyone who loves history will love this place. Excellent service and very accommodating. Front desk staff was excellent! Only bad part was the parking.

This hotel doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it does have character. It is located right down town Saskatoon walking distance to the Midtown mall along with other stores and restaurants all around. It is also only a block from the movie theatre. At $99 a night being on a budget you can't go wrong. It came with a free cold breakfast but I found disappointing. Coffee was cold the muffins were kind of dry and the fruit was poor. But the restaurant in the hotel was amazing along with the pub. The people that work there are super friendly and more than helpful. This rustic old hotel has all the old style furniture though out the hallways and in the restaurant which is very cool if you are into that type of stuff. I have stayed in old hotels before and they were cold and drafty but not this hotel very comfortable rooms and with modern amenities. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The Senator is right downtown Saskatoon. Close to shopping and event centres. It is old but beautifully maintained with lots of natural wood panelling and beautiful decor.
The room we booked was undergoing maintenance so we were upgraded to a beautiful suite with jacuzzi tub. Trust me..this was not an inconvenience at all!!
Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, price is affordable. Being downtown it was a little noisier and parking is little lacking. Otherwise great place to stay and front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Nice on site restaurant with very good food.
Certainly will stay here again.
