I was impressed by this Holiday Inn! Very nice, modern decor. Starting from the Lobby, which is small but adequate. There was a pool that I didn't get to use. Rooms were very spacious. I booked a pretty standard room and got a kind bed + sofa. Fridge and Microwave in room was a plus. Very clean bathroom. Service was excellent. I would definitely stay there if going again to Saskatoon!

Nice modern decor, very clean, reasonably quiet. Food at the Hub restaurant was pretty good. I reserved online and when I checked in there was some confusion about some changes I had made to the reservation, reception took care of things right away and made things as easy as possible for me. Good and well priced coffee available in the lobby. Well located. I would happily stay at this hotel again in the future and would recommend it for travellers looking for a clean and well maintained hotel.

If there wasn't a Holiday Inn sign on the hotel, you wouldn't believe it - a new standard all new Holiday Inn hotels should strive to a achieve. Upscale modern decor through out the hotel from the rooms to the lobby area. The large screen computers right in the lobby is a great touch more hotels seem to be offering. Rooms are spacious and well lit, if there was shortcomings for travelers without a laptop would be lack of in room movie options.

Very short walk for shopping and dining options. I'd say it will be my first consideration on any future business trips to Saskatoon.

Room Tip: Ask for a corner unit upgrade, they're more spacious.

Being such a new hotel, I can understand how they need to work the bugs out....for business travellers, the restaurant needs to open prior to 7 am. Almost everywhere else I travel, and it is alot, open at 6:30 am at the lastest. This was a problem. We rented the Skier meeting room, the temperature in the room was very poorly controlled. Freezing one moment, boiling the next...not great. The hospitality service contract we entered into was met by the very minimum. The brought the coffee as expected, but did not provide water refills throughout the day....pretty unprofessional. They also knew we had 12 people attending the meeting, they only had 10 good chairs available, the two other attendees had to sit on "hall chairs" which really suck after a few hours....

Ostensibly a new Holiday Inn. Well located in downtown Saskatoon, walking distance to most downtown locations. Spacious room, well appointed. One odd thing though, no room service. The Hub restaurant is OK, just OK. Service there is friendly and the food of average quality, from a somewhat limited menu.
