Good news. This motel has rooms for single travellers ! ( Too many hotels force a double on a lone traveller.) My friend and I found this out when we asked for a double and none were available. There was a single with just a single bed. The front desk did a quick switch for us and got us a single room with a queen bed. Much appreciated.
The room was neat and clean, well presented. The bathroom was also very clean. There was a computer available for clients in the lobby. The "breakfast" was the only disappointment.
Overall, I was quite happy with the service and accommodation.

I stayed here for one night-greeted professionally and checked in promptly. Motel is truly pet friendly (without additional fee) so this was the main reason I chose this motel-love it! The motel itself was very clean, no major red flags. Yes, the beds are not queens-but doubles....it was okay as I stayed by myself but would have been mildly annoying had I been traveling with a partner. The AC worked great-yes, it's not pretty but who cares...it's HOT now and any form of AC was greatly appreciated! The beds were comfortable enough-slept fine. Showers are shaped weird-but again, it works and is clean. Hotel offers complimentary business services (ex: print out and fax off) which was fantastic. Check out was seamless. Didn't hear any excessive noise throughout the halls/other floors. Free wifi-no issues. The only reason the rating is a 4 from a 5 was the observation of a staff member being somewhat condescending to someone checking in where English was clearly not their first language-appeared annoyed having to repeat herself. Also while there, the same staff had taken a question call and once hung up, made a sarcastic comment to me-essentially about their stupidity. Overall it was a great stay-I would recommend to others!

Very clean, friendly & helpful front desk staff, laundry facilities available for guests, salt water pool & hot tub, well stocked vending machines, excellent Wi-Fi strength, Tim Hortons donuts & muffins at 6 am, quiet, comfortable beds, close to airport, senior's rate for over 55. Have stayed here twice & would stay again. Probably best value for money in Saskatoon.

Room Tip: Our room was on ground floor in the back...I think it was probably quieter back here

We had to be directly across the road is why we picked this hotel. For the price you pay you expect at least a three star hotel. Motel is fairly new so we thought we would try it, but we now know to spend a few dollars more and go to a holiday inn or best western. The room was tiny with an odd shaped bathroom. ( shower was the only good part from the motel). The bed was listed as a queen but it was only a double. Had an old fashioned tv that had cheap written all over it. The bed and desk looked like it was purchased from walmart. Right across from the bed was a very loud heater/air conditioner. I guess the main purpose of this huge contraption was to drown out the noise from the hallway and outside, as you could hear everything. The bonus part of this motel is that there is a Tim Hortons right in the parking lot.

We usually stay at the Motel 6 when we come to Saskatoon as they accept pets with no extra charge (plus the hot tub and pool). This stay the Staff at the front desk went above and beyond as we were stuck in Saskatoon because of bad weather, we could not get out of the city as all the roads were under a Travel Advisory.
As we tried to leave the first day the Front Desk clerk said she would hold a room for us "Just in Case". I am so glad she did because all the rooms were booked by the time we got back and all the other rooms in the city were full up too. The next day the same clerk was on and again she offered to hold a room for us as there was only 2 rooms left as we checked out. This time we didn't need it but I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful and the Husky across the street makes good food - Sylvia is a great waitress!
