Was able to get in on time and my dog had eye surgery there. Very good place to bring your dog/cat for eye surgeries.

“Most beautiful campus in Canada”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

The U of S is a wonderful place to visit for its history or even just to sit under the canopy of trees in front of the Thorvaldson Building or in the bowl. Place Riel has an information centre, pharmacy, travel agent upstairs and a food court downstairs. The Thorvaldson Building air plane room, the geology building animal and dinosaur display, the agriculture building, and the engineering building are probably the most interesting spots on the main campus. There is always information about current events going on in the tunnel connected to lower Place Riel and the Arts & Science Building. In the winter, you can enjoy everything without taking too many trips outside. Place Riel all the way to the Physics Building and Agriculture Building are connected through a series of tunnels and overpasses. Contact the information centre about getting a student guide if needed.

“Its not just for students”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

The walk through the U. of S. campus on a summer day is a great outing, taking you all the way down to the banks of the South Sask. river. Must visit the Dieffenbaker museum on campus as well as take in a theatre performance at the Greystone Theatre Drama Department. And, during the school year, please take in a concert by the University Greystone singers, student recital, or band recital

“Get out and walk”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

Park your car (okay, that can be a bit of a challenge, but the Stadium Parkade on the south side of College Drive almost always has space) and walk in to the bowl - the heart of campus. Anchored by the Peter MacKinnon building, a national heritage site, the Collegiate Gothic architecture is truly beautiful. Take a look at the names of students and professors who served in the first world war, preserved in this unique building. The walkway north of this building leads you to the Agriculture Building, an important part of this campus.
