Recently stayed @ the Aux Quatre Saisons after reading all the reviews for quirky French B&B,s in Southern France & could not fault the brilliant & friendly service that Paul provided. Plenty of home-cooked food , great wines , good company & witty repertoire the whole night - how Paul does this night after night with exceptional & professional service is a credit to him & his wife & their amazing character. Throw in a mixture of Aussie , English & other guests from all over the world plus Cartouche on each evening it is a recipe for disaster but Paul pulls it all together with a mixture of wit , excellent service , generous food & wine & great location. Axat is also a lovely village & great location to explore this part of Southern France area but to us this B&B definitely puts Axat on the Map for places to stay. We will be back.
