We stayed 3 nights at the hotel on our way to Bordeaux. This was the fourth time we stayed at the hotel and definitely not the last time.
The hotel is not that big but the atmosphere is very cosy and the owners make you feel very much at home. The tv/living room is a relaxing place to spend a quiet evening.
The restaurant at the hotel serves excellent food in generous portions and offers a good selection of wines to accompany the food.
If you need some advice where to do some sightseeing, ask the owners they know the area like their own pocket.

We highly recommend this hotel/restaurant

Very pleasant experience. This is not a luxury place and it's unassuming from the outside but it delivers excellent value for money. Spotless rooms and pleasant reception, but what makes it outstanding is the attention to detail shown by this dedicated husband-and-wife team. Lit candles and fresh flowers on the tables -also for breakfast- and tasty, attractively presented food. Very acceptable open wine.
Far better than many "starred" hotels !

We stayed here for five days and as far as accomodation goes it was fine. What sets this place apart from most others is the quality of the food. The dinners were superb - the cooking was excellent - imaginative and well-presented, with plenty of lovely touches - some of the appetisers were fabulous - as were the desserts. The Danish hosts were very warm and hospitable.

I spend 2 nights with my 15 years old son in the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay especially because of the warm and familiar ambiance that the owners create.
They offer you a great welcome and make you feel at home in their hotel, with a living room with different corners where you can watch television, play a gam, read a book etc etc.
They have a large number of games available for guests.
The rooms are simple, but cleanand with good beds. The breakfast was good.

A cosy hotel with just 10 nice rooms, all with private bath and toilet.
The staffs ensure that you are well; they are helpful with everything that makes your stay special. There is a comfortable and a good atmosphere. The cosy living room is often the stamping ground of several nationalities who exchange travel experiences.
Good breakfast and plenty of it.
Lovely town and a nice area for both relaxation and activities.

Room Tip: L'hôtel n'est pas insonorisé. C'est très bruyant.
