This beautiful church is as quaint and charming as the scenery and views are spectacular. The simplicity of the design of the church is perfect for this cave perched 700m uphill. The walk can be a bit difficult but if you take your time and admire the surroundings you can make it to the top. I was so excited to get to the church that I zipped up the little road and when coming back I took my time and took note of the scenery along the way. Once at the top you can walk into the cave behind the church for a bit. It is deceiving but the church isn't really tiny. I imagine the labour involved in transporting all the materials to build it way back when. It is definitely worth the effort to find this church and make the walk to the top if you find yourself in the area.
