We traveled, as a group, to Sibulan for the holidays. This B&B is made up of two large buildings. One housed three bedrooms (each with an en suite) and the other housed the kitchen and another large bedroom. The staff catered to our every need. Rebecca and Chris were great. Breakfast was always cooked to perfection, the coffee delicious, the fresh fruit unbeatable and on our last night Rebecca cooked an amazing pork tenderloin dinner...pure heaven. The ladies always recommended great places to eat, not once were we disappointed with their suggestions. The rooms are big and spacious with lots of room to hang clothes and plenty of drawers. They were also cleaned on a daily basis and we were given fresh towels every day. The resort is located a little out of the way but that just added to its charm. To be honest, it is only about a 10-15 minute trike ride from the city proper and the ladies set us up with drivers so the cost was only 150 pesos each way. (compared to 200-300 pesos if you tried to flag one down yourself). We had a great time, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Professional service all the way. My husband and I hope to return to the Philippines soon and we will definitely try to make it to this B & B again.

I recently travelled to the Phillipines with 9 other friends and stayed here. We had the entire villa to ourselves! The place and staff were very welcoming. They attended to our every need and were always available when we needed something. They made calls when we needed transportation and we ended up having awesome drivers for the entire trip! Breakfast was always amazing. One night we had dinner there and the pork tenderloin was AMAZING! The rooms were always clean and comfortable. The terrace is beautiful and large--in fact on many nights we opted to have drinks here instead of going out. It was the perfect choice for our vacation and the staff made it even more memorable! Thanks for everything!!!!!

The villa is a real deluxe place, located in a nice garden. The rooms are large, stylish and very nice. The WIFI connection is strong, but only on the terrace and not in the rooms (no connection). The pool is good as well as the jacuzzi. The staff are accommodating and serve very good and complete breakfast, but every added coffee is charged, even if the room rate includes the breakfast. So, considering the villa, nothing to say; it is perfect! But the location of the villa is not well accessible. We have to take a jeepney from Dumaguete and furthermore a tricycle in Sibulan to reach the villa. The road from Sibulan to Cangmanting beach road is partly a rough road. The beach of Sibulan is dirty. The resort/restaurant in front of the villa organizes parties several times with loud music until 2 am, so it is very difficult to sleep.

We found Casa Margaritha through the internet and didn't hesitate booking just by seeing the pictures. We were not disappointed. The place was exactly how it looked in the pictures and much more. The rooms were spotless. The casa had the feeling of being at home. We were pampered by their staff - Christmarie and Rebecca, who were gracious to answer all our questions and cater to our requests. The breakfast offered was ample. WE had two dinners cooked by the staff and both were simply delicious. And to top it all, the rates are unbelievably low! If you want a place to relax in after a full day of touring the islands, this would be it.
