“Excellent short break”

We stayed for three nights and everything about our stay was first class. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, lovely big bath and walk in shower. The food was imaginative and beautifully cooked. Colyford is quiet and away from touristy places but very easy to reach Lyme Regis, Beer etc. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: We had an upgraded room on the 1st floor which was excellent

The rooms seem recently refurbished to a very high standard. Our bed was most comfortable and the shower/toilet was spotlessly clean with all necessary toiletries. Located perfectly between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

We stayed here for two nights after having watched the Olympics in London, and it was a really pleasant experience. Colyford is a little secluded, but Lyme Regis is only 5 minutes by car, and it is a great location to start exploring the region with all it has to offer. The room was recently refurbished, large and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and powerful shower. Breakfast was very carefully prepared - a great start into the day!

We enjoyed our one-night stay at the newly refurbished Swallows Eaves, chosen for its proximity to the coast and Lyme Regis. Accommodation was excellent: wonderfully comfortable bed and small but luxurious bathroom. Superb breakfast (Aussi readers note: good coffee) was served in the attractive dining room. Pleasant and attentive staff.

l would definitely recommend this hotel for its warm welcome, comfortable beds and splendid breakfast. We had a lovely bowl of fresh raspberries & strawberries for breakfast followed by a delicious poached egg cooked perfectly for me with a soft centre! Also approved of the soft feather pillows in our bedroom - altogether a very enjoyable w/e stay.

Room Tip: They have a selection of rooms with a choice of twins, doubles and kings so ask for what you want.
