Stayed 15 & 16 April 2014.friendly welcome & throughout stay. Spotlessly clean. Uncluttered bedroom, comfertable bed. Good Hot shower. Good hearty breakfast of your choice.very quiet location, and short walk to lovely Topsham. Huge parking area and on a bus route to Exeter if you have not got a car. Would I stay here again, most definetly.10/10.

Having stayed in numerous top end hotels in Asia it is fair to say that Carol offers a welcome to match any of them. This was our second visit and it was every bit as good as the first time. The rooms are spotless with plenty of hot water for the shower which is needed as it always seems to be cold and wet when we visit. Breakfast is very good and sets you up for the day. As mentioned before, the position is ideal as you don't have to contend with the small/narrow streets of the town itself. A 15 minute walk into town is great in the evening as it sets you up with an appetite and helps you walk it off on the way back.

We will be back next year so long as Worcester stay up!

The owners Mr & Mrs Collingwood were very friendly and welcoming, the family room was spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was first class catering for our each individual needs. The location was very well placed about 5 minutes from the motorway. Would strongly recommend to family and friends and we will certainly use it again. Would also advise to book early as they are very busy

We Stayed a few weeks ago for 2 nights whilst visiting friends in the area and will certainly be staying again. The location is great tucked back from the main road however close enough to walk down to Topsham and also very easy to jump on a bus in to Exeter to save parking hassles. The room was in excellent condition and kept clean to a high standard, even though I said don't worry about sorting the room out Carol still sorted out and made the beds. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was very nice. The hosts were great, you could not have asked for anymore.
Will certainly be back, Marcus and Sarah.

Room Tip: We were in the Downstairs double room, very nice views over the fields. Only downside is you heard t...

We stayed here while visiting family in Topsham who were temporarily unable to accommodate us. We had the upstairs family room (as the two ground floor rooms were taken) which was very spacious and, like the bathroom, spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast superb and nothing was too much trouble. We had a peek at the other two rooms as we passed and they look to be very good as well. There is some traffic noise from the M5 flyover but even though we slept with the windows open this did not disturb us at all. What we did notice was the smell of bacon drifting in the next morning which I think is a subtle ploy to get you out for the day as it drove us to get up and hurry downstairs to have some!!!
