We stayed in chalet two which was beautiful with everything you could wish for. Highlight for me was meeting the dogs and I fell in love with a horse called Silver. Would visit again. Heather is a lovely lady who makes you very welcome.

What a lovely place to stay to get away from it all. The self check in worked well, and we didn't see anyone - it was very peaceful. The chalet was charming, spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm and cozy. It has a neat, clean bathroom and the room has fridge, microwave and toaster, with cereals and bread for toasting, tea and coffee, and crockery in the cupboard, so everything you need to stay in. I would definitely stay here again, and have recommended it to friends. Superb!

We are currently staying in this lovey chalet. The owners are kind and the chalet spotless. Lovely fluffy towels and super soft bed linen.
I could go on with all the good points, in fact, I could happily move in.
Just a few points to mention for city folk like me, so as not to have any surprises on arrival.
First, mobile reception here (on virgin anyway) is very poor. But wifi worked fine.
Second, this is a farm, and there are some pretty big dogs around. I was startled by them at first, but they are harmless, pay attention to the slow warning. The dogs did have a habit of getting behind the car and I was worried I was going to run them over.
Another point, I had a bit of a problem with the electricity on one night. The toaster kept causing short circuits. If the electricity goes off, it may need resetting at the mains, Just let the owners know straight away and they will be there in a flash. It probably won't happen again as I think it was just a faulty toaster, but Im just mentioning as I wasn't sure what to do myself. The owners number is in the very helpful black folder.
Also we were woken up one night by the dogs, the owners were very apologetic apparently had somehow got himself locked in the barn. Not a big deal, again this is a farm. It has otherwise been very quiet.
All in all, loved the place so much, we came straight back:-)
If every we are in the area again, we will surely stay here.

Truly fabulous place, well run with such a simple self check in system. Great area with a lot of wealth floating about. Loved our stay and the pub recommendations. The Boot was as you said, lovely. Thanks Heather

I don't normally write reviews but was so impressed with The Stables when we stayed during half term. Beautiful setting, great self check in, spotlessly clean with everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable and relaxing. The proprietor Heather was very accommodating and on hand if we needed anything. Our daughter loved the friendly dogs and the horses .We had a great weekend and would definitely recommend and would love to return in the summer to explore more.

Lovely rooms, very modern with all the amenities you would expect. We stayed as attended a wedding nearby but a booklet in the room provided details of all the local places to visit or to eat and drink at. Nice breakfast left in the room that you could make at your leisure. Would definitely stay there again.

Always looking for places to stay when we visit family in Solihull. Saw this as an Amazon deal, a bit different, I thought, so I booked it. Great decision :-). Good, clean, warm and comfortable accommodation in a lovely setting. Breakfast is simple but satisfying, if you want more there is a small microwave. Nice not to have to get up for a full English. Friendly and helpful staff and 3 beautiful, friendly Rotties, but be careful they obviously love muddy water. Weather not really good enough to explore but it would be beautiful in the summer. Our only problem were the 'ramps' on the drive, take them slowly! Would definitely stay again .

Room Tip: Only saw ours but I am sure they were all the same quality.
