Just arrived back home after a 2 night stay on business.
Arrived late evenng and staff seemed pleasant enough when i checked in.
No lift so had to carry case, bag and laptop case upstairs without assistance-hotel not suitable for disabled people at all!
I thought I would be happy with the room as the rest of the hotel area looks smart but I was rather disappointed.
Room was small and bed was in fact 2 singles pushed together.
No mini bar, no bottled water so the only way to get a drink (according to the guide book on the table) was to either go to the bar or use room service. No room service menu so I didnt know what they offered or what the costs were and I didnt fancy going to the bar being on my own!
Curtain rail broken so curtains on one window didnt close properly.
Room directly overlooked car park and I had a large waggon with engine running directly under my window at 7am!
Furniture rather cheap in appearance-room just had a 'tired' appearance.
Shower really powerful
Nice breakfast-part buffet for juice fruit and cereal and then choice of cooked as waiter service.More
