Sagadi Manor Hotel

We visited for a wedding in the Manor where 80 plus guests were put up at the hotel. Very well furnished rooms; comfy; bar and restaurant were reasonable, breakfast good. Staff were incredibly friendly throughout.

Very good and friendly service, big and beautiful room with a nice bed and a big bathroom (and a big bath). And most of all - surrounded by fabulous and picturesque Estonian nature. A very good place to take bicycle and discover milieu, ride by the sea. And we were fascinated about the food - I ate there the most tasteful eggplant. Highly recommended when you visit Estonia.

Room Tip: Rooms on the first floor with bath and terrace

Beautiful and cosy room - larger than usually in hotels, spacious bathroom with big bath and comfy robes and slippers. Warm greetings, helpful staff and great food in restaurant. Lovely manor House! Plus good breakfast.

I have visited Sagadi Manor several times and their warm welcome had always surprised me.
Sagadi is a small place and you can easily remember all these buildings and places there. Even you will meet same people after few years visit and thay remember you well.

Summer is absolutely best time for visiting Estonian manorhouses as nature is beautiful and you may walk in beautiful manor parks and stay outside for lunch or coffee. But it is good to have some mosquito spray with you for any safe stay...

But unfortunately I have to stay that summer is the most crowded tiem as well and you have to book earlier to get a free room. If you are lucky you may see some wedding ceremonies and happy couple arriving to hte manor house by horse carriage. This manor house makes everithing romantic - even if you visit this place with group of people you may feel yourself in a romantic mood:)

Good place for touring the countryside. Friendly staff - food OK. Rooms quiet, grounds nice.
There is a nice walk to the beach - a round trip of some 10 km down to the old fishing village of Altja. When we visited in mid-September the tavern in Altja was still open for business.
There are other walks in the area as well. Vihula and Palmse manors are also nearby and nice to visit.

We spent one night at the hotel. The buildings and surroundings were very beautiful, specially the main manor house. The hotel room at the second floor was good with enough space. Breakfast was nice but the dinner a bit mediocre.

Carefully renovated manor with hotel and hostel / guesthouse. Rooms are quiet in the side wing, some with small terrace to the inner courtyard. Breakfast buffet offers hot and cold variety. Centrally located to explore the Laahema National Park region.
