We booked and went on this cruise from 9.15am to 3pm. This cruise included morning tea and a lovely buffet lunch. There was a commentary from the time we boarded to the time we disembarked. The cruise takes you almost to Fraser Island to the entrance to the Mary and Susan Rivers. Very scenic and a chance to spot the elusive salty crocodile or two that have been reported. The history of the first settlers dates from the mid 1800's and the river itself is very muddy and shallow in places. The timing of the tides is paramount to enter the river in a large vessel. The weather was glorious and the food plentiful and very appetising. A really enjoyable day, thanks.
