I have stayed here on several occasions and have always found the staff extremely helpful and the property immaculate and comfortable. They have nice little restaurant for breakfast and dinner 4 nights a week, and is a short hop to shopping and restaurants just down the road. I would definitely recommend this property to travelers!

Room Tip: If you have a family they have a few rooms with kitchenettes, which can be handy!

Perfectly clean, convenient, well laid out little motel room. Everything you need for that over night motel stay. Close to the Logan metro indoor sports centre but about 10 sets of lights away. I thought that overall the hotel was expensive for the fact that it was in the middle of Browns Plains.

Stayed two nights and did not get a good nights sleep.
All the rooms fronting Johnson Road get traffic noise all night. So beware!
I suggest a room at the back of the complex to avoid the noise.
Apart from this its a functional hotel room with a large comfortable bed but poor pillows.
Plenty of desk space to do some work.
Bathroom was reasonable but the cheap shampoo /conditioner dispensers carried poor quality product. Best to bring your own here. I mean poor quality.
Towels where small and thin. The showers had only adequate pressure to have a shower and the water varied in temperature.
I did not use the restaurant because down the road at Browns Plains intersection you have a great choice of food choices.
Overall 7/10.

Room Tip: Get a room at the back of the complex if you want to get a nights sleep.

I stayed here for 3 nights on business and could not fault a thing. From an extremely warm & welcoming check in, through to lovely meals (both breakfast and dinner) in the restaurant, I was very impressed... Will definitely be back, thankyou!

if you in a squeeze and need something and don't have time to hunt around then this is a choice but don't make it too quick and don't be fooled by the professional photos.

Not all rooms are a lovely looking and as spacious as the one in the photo's they are the exception not the rule. we had a double 2 single bed room and it was cramped and uninviting. and the shower and toilets are claustrophobic to say the least. NO kitchenette for us just a basic bare fridge toaster and jug .. stay in the city and travel is my advise 190 a night was not value at all

Room Tip: i would suggest asking for a disable friendly room if you are a larger person for shower facilities...

Dear Bryen F,

Thank you for your review.

I am sorry that our rooms did not meet your expectations. We have several room types available with accurate photos and descriptions of each on our website. We also advertise the inclusions in each room, with kitchen facilities only available in the Queen Kitchenette Room or the option of an adjoining Queen Kitchenette Room and a Family Room, which may suit your requirements better next time.

Kind Regards,

Melissa

I stayed here between 12/5-19/5.

The stay was great. Lovely big room. I had a kitchenette the only weird thing was there was no cooking pots and etc. However as I had an extremely bad cold and spent 3 days in bed the fact I had a toaster was a joy.....on a 3 week business trip the joy of making your own toast choosing your own cereal was a great plus for me.....restaurants lose their attraction after a while. I guess maybe people take their own (cooking accessories) but it didn't cause me an issue.

Had I have had time to use it the laundry facility was a great bonus too.

Staff were all great and if I returned I would stay here again.

After the last 2 hotels I stayed in during this trip which were either hopeless and had no concept of cleaning or hampered by their building design although with great staff it was a joy to visit you and find a room with space windows that opened and happy helpful staff. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Room Tip: As per another review I had a room near the main road and there was a lot of traffic but it didn'...

I have stayed a number of times and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Everything is great and it's great to have laundry facilities at a reasonable cost. Totally excellent. Location handy to shopping and eateries. It's so quiet there is very little traffic noise and it is far enough away from the business that their don't seem to be any trouble makers about. A great family motel.
