“Excellent!”
Reviewed 19 September 2011

We are a young couple from Iasi, Romania. We agree with Mr Ray McGarry's review and we add that we especially enjoyed the home made breakfast, the view and the happy smiling faces of our hosts. We hope to pay them a visit next year.
Best regards,
Alice and Catalin

The warm welcoming from the receptionist was the beginning of an astounding visit to the Agnadi Hotel in Rovies , Evia Island , Greece. George Petrakos , the owner , greets all his guests with an open hearted gesture and even before signing in will kindly offer you a drink of your choice from the bar. A short while later he will have someone take your luggage to your room and he will escort you there yourself as he already knows you will have a surprise in store . As he opens the door you cannot but be taken aback by the sheer luxury and eye for detail the family run hotel have put into every aspect of a magnificent set of rooms. Each room overlooks the Evia Straits flowing to the Aegean sea and with balconies so large you can fit a whole family. Colorful , bright , well flavored in design , soft soft beds and more cleanliness than any other hotel I have ever visited before. Breakfast is a must and a visit to the beautiful beach exactly opposite with tranquil and peace of mind seclusion , how else could you possible relax. I thoroughly recommend a stay at this wonderful hotel , and if you feel I am wrong about any comments , please feel free to say so. Best wishes to all . Ray McGarry

Room Tip: Amazing adjoining rooms for families both with en suite facilities

We stayed 4 nights at the Agnadi hotel at the end of September. The hotel is at the best location, right on the most beautiful beach of Evia. We took a junior suite. Yes, it is just two rooms that were connected but it has lots of space. The hotel is furnished simply but has a very rural atmosphere. The owner spoke no English but was extremely pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was served in the garden every morning with freshly squeezed juce. Although there were a couple small details (one of the two showerheads was cracked and sprayed water all over), the atmosphere was totally relaxing. The balcony looking onto the beautiful beach with gorgeous sunsets and the overall quest and natural beauty of the area were phenomenal

Following on from the following review, we asked and got a hairdryer from the very friendly owners! Breakfast sent up - no extra cost, fabulous suite, great heating, real fire, great big bed - normally seaside hotels out of season in Greece can be very damp, not this one. Fantastic break away from Athens. You can hear the sea from your room, otherwise so peaceful - we are planning to come back too!

Agndi hotel is located very well, nice quiet place with a view of the sea. The hotel is quiet nice, nice decorated, the staff r very friendly, the owner is a great person, also his dad and his doughter r very very friendly. We're at the period which is empty so on the end of our stay we're alone just with the managment in the hotel. The breakfast was serving to our room which was great, we just had to call to reception th we r up and lovly women was serving to our room. The room was verry comfortable with bedroom, sitting room, 2 bathrooms and two balcony and also with the small kitchen and fridge with frizer which was great. We really enjoyed our stay, we're feeling like at home :) Just only one think i didn't like: there was no hairdryer is not a big deal couse the weather was great so hair was drying in 3 min on the sun), the bathroom was a bit old specially the shower, but all the time with hot wather so was lovly anyway. We're missing lovly staff, but we'll be back again in may or june 4 sure.
Efharisto :)
