I booked my trip to Aqualand through Valeros Travel excursions in Sidari and it cost 24 euros including an hours coach trip, which is good value. The water park is a lot of fun! There are 4 main areas - the kids slides, the wave pool and then 2 adult water slide areas. I went with friends so we obviously didn't use the kids part but it looked like good fun for the little ones.
The wave pool was AMAZING!! You get rubber rings to sit on so try and paddle your way to the deep end (not that deep, about a meter and a half) and wait for them to put the waves on. I've never been thrown so high by waves in all my life it was SO much fun! Don't be scared by it, my friend can't swim but he was fine in the waves and didnt fall out. We stayed in the wave pool for about an hour and did 3 waves sessions (they turn the waves on about every 15 minutes or so and it lasts for about 10 minutes each time). They vary the direction of the waves each time, the first time i ended up all the way down the shallow end, but the times i managed to stay at the deep end which is where the most fun is.
The slides are good too. The one slide area has about 9 or 10 water slides in ranging from rubber ring ones, bumpy race slides and then really fast covered up ones. Hold your breath on Kamikaze and the red/yellow one next to it, they are super fast and defintately wedgie inducing haha. The other ones in the part are fairly mellow.
The scariest rides are on the other side near the wave pool. There are 2 very steep, scary, fast looking blue rides, and then 2 covered up ones (black, and then yellow and black). The black one is completely in the dark which is so freaky and half way down you suddenly pick up momentum and you rocket down so fast your head is forced back! The yellow and black is the same only its not in the dark and is a little bit faster. As long as you lie in the right position going down (ie head back, legs and arms crossed) you dont hurt yourself. They are proper thrill seeking ones.
The 2 blue ones are probably the most intimidating ones. I finally picked up the courage to go on one of them. My heart was literally racing but i did it and it really wasn't that bad!
There's also a few swimming pools and a lazy river to float round.
There is an eating area which was the same as any other food area at a water park, and you can rent lockers for 7 euros and you get a 2 euro deposit back after that. I'd definately reccomend going!
