We stayed here in October 2013 - End of season, Hotel is lovely but room very tired looking was very disappointed with the room (sea view with private garden) not private at all everybody that walked past could see in and also cat poo was left in the garden the whole week even after we reported it to staff- garden we never used very disappointing. The beach is lovely - watch out for the dead wasps along the sands we got stung 4 times between the 3 of us not good for our 5 yr old. Weather lovely in October very relaxing shame about the room - 544. The Italian over at the marina was lovely the food was very yummy and the beach services was very good.

We visited sani club with our twins during September. I was really stressed as it would be our fist holidays with our babies. Upon arrival we have realized that we were in welcoming hands. Staff welcomed us as friends requesting what would be our needs for babies if we were tired and gave us priority for early check in. During our stay the care and attention we had was a real Greek one. By the pool area there was even sunglasses cleaning service. Staff was genuinely polite with a true interest to make you feel relaxed. We had the possibility to request special food as one of our babies got sick, and doctor gave us a special diet to follow.
I know that most of people care for the sea and sand but we were astonished with the service efficient. Location is fantastic and family rooms spacious enough with all facilities provided upon request.
Thank you for all care and attention.

Room Tip: Rooms at 400 area have the most spectacular view

We spent our holidays in Sani Beach Club in the middle of July with our 3 y.o son.
Nature is perfect there, lot of trees, palms and perfect beach for children.
Area is very clean.
Our room was located in the beginning of 400 - very quiet and shady area, so we could spend time in our room with open windows and fresh air.
Lot of restaurants in the resort, our favorite was Ozeri.
Very helpfull staff all around the hotel.
We didn`t use golf cars, we prefer to walk to get fit after delicious meals.
You may ask at the reception to prapere soups and porridges for your children from ingridients your children likes.
So we didn`t find difficulties to keep our son happy.
We have already booked for July again.

This was our first holiday abroad as a family with an 18month old. I was nervous about the resort, but there was no need.

Whilst a little bit pricey, the resort itself is beautiful, the staff are extremely helpful and the facilities are great.

We started off with a private taxi transfer to the resort where we were met with a golf buggy to take us to reception. We were offered a drink on arrival, one for our son also and the reception staff were very friendly and made check in easy.

Our room was up a steep hill, no need to worry, the golf buggy appeared again, the porter took our cases and us to our door and helped us to get aquatinted with our room.

It's true what you see in the pictures, the rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. My only issues were that the blackout curtains didn't cover the full window so we we're unable to block out the light for our son to wake at a reasonable hour. The other issue was that for 3 nights in a row, the lights in the room came on, on their own in the middle of the night. We reported it and it took a couple of attempts for it to be fixed but it was sorted eventually. I was given a complementary spa treatment for our trouble, a lovely surprise :).

The buffet restaurant was great, the staff were very helpful and didn't mind my sons messiness. Their is a childrens buffet as well and extensive adult choice. Breakfast was the highlight of our day!

We were travelling with another family that we're staying in the beach hotel and visited their a number of times. Whilst they definitely had a better beach, our pool was quieter. The food around our pool was great, being on half board it was costly but worth keeping my son happy with fruit platters and drinks.

There was nightly entertainment in the main complex, we were far enough away to ensure our son slept soundly. We spent most night relaxing on our huge terrace watching the awesome views.

There is a very regular bus/coach shuttle service that goes to the marina, and the other sani hotels which is free and worth using. Our son being so young we would have preferred to walk but you can't of that without walking up and down steep hills and along the main road which isn't great. Older children could manage the walk via the beach, our friends did this a few times and really enjoyed the stroll.

The marina has many shops, and a number of restaurants as well as a good sized supermarket but the sani beach has a small shop which sticks well known branded baby supplies such as nappies, shampoo, cream etc as well as the usual ice creams, newspapers, toys, beach and pool inflatables etc.

We were on half board basis but could opt to eat in a number of the sani restaurants instead of the buffet. We ate in the Greek restaurant which was wonderful as well as the restaurant on the beach at the sani beach hotel, both well worth a visit but you should book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Overall a lovely holiday which will be hard to beat, I would recommend this resort to anyone, but for those with young children, this resort is ideal.

We just came back after a 7 day stay at the sani beach club and it was amazing. We had a double room with interconnecting doors. It was decorated to a very good standard. The resort itself was beautiful with breath taking views. The staff at the club went out of their way to do anything for you, they were so welcoming and friendly. We did visit the kids club but found this only consisted of 2 small rooms and there were only 3 members of staff on who looked like kids themselves. We didn't end up sending our kids there for these reasons. We also found out that you have to pay for any child 3 years old and under and we thought this was a rip off. We thought the kids club compared to other holiday kids clubs we have visited let the resort down.

We also visited the sani beach hotel which we found very unwelcoming. We found the staff very rude and unhelpful when asking them if we could use their indoor pool. A serious contrast to the amazing staff at sani beach club. Well we were told we couldn't as its not open to kids after 2pm, a bit discriminating and that it's for guests at the hotel. We felt we were guests too, but were only staying a few metres away. We do not recommend the hotel if you have young children.

We were full board and as vegetarians did struggle with the buffet laid on each night. We spoke to the staff and the chief made something vege for us more unless every night, which was brilliant. Ms Lea in the restaurant who we would speak to was brilliant, who would go out of her way to help you. You can also dine at other restaurants, we recommend macranoi's located at the marina. We did also try dunes, but were not impressed with food. Our kids loved sani beach club and we missed it all on our return. The restaurant staff were brilliant!

We will be definitely be going back, beautiful location, beautiful beach, absolutely beautiful resort and brilliant staff team!

Room Tip: If you are a family of at least 2 kids go for the double room with interconnecting doors.
