Everything is truly wonderful about SAS - the setting, the boutique chic, the charming and helpful staff, the food, the facilities, the suites right on the beach - I could go on ad infinitum! It was my husband's 50th birthday and we had a champagne breakfast (although they do serve real champagne every morning anyway), bottle of champagne as a present, then finishing the perfect day by having a Michelin-starred candlelit dinner on the beach complete with heavenly home-made chocolate fudge cake. Our heartfelt hanks go to all of the wonderful staff who work hard to make this resort one of a kind - I can't name all of you but I'll try a few names anyway - Kevin the main man, Asterios, Nickolas, Daniel et al. We will most definitely be back. Missing you all already and wish we were there.

Room Tip: All the rooms are lovely wwith beach, marina or pool views. Just ask for whichever you prefer and I...

This privately developed resort was, without doubt, a jewel on the aegean with it's four hotels, private yacht marina, residential villa area, either marina or ocean view and wonderful dinning. One immediately got the feeling of comfort and relaxation straight away. Safety was another feature that was in evidence throughout the resout with it's own security 24/7. The beach was one of the cleanest we have visited, with it's crystal clear water and was also, from a family point of view with your children, very safe indeed.
It had activities available for all ages, including a 24 hrs babysitting service. Management and staff were of the highest standard. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they carried out their duties efficiently and always with a smile. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday, and can thoroughly recommend it. Having travelled extensively and generally in 5 star properties, this is the first time that we have been very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of every member of the Hotel staff.

The manager -Kevin Kainz - leads by example, he is everywhere at all times of the day, greeting guests, sharing a joke, and making sure everyone is looked after at all times, and his whole team follow in his enthusiasm.

The result is that you cannot fail to have a wonderful relaxing holiday, in excellent accommodation.

The various Tavernas and Restaurants in the Hotel complexes and around the Marina provide you with a large choice of places to dine, and again they are all pleased to be of service and enjoy having you as their guest.

Room Tip: Couples - go for the Beachfront Junior Suites

What a great holiday, we can thoroughly recommend the Sani Asterias Suites. The level of service we experienced was second to none. It makes such a difference when the staff really do believe in service. The standards at the hotel are exceptionally high,.We asked for a couple of bespoke days to be organised; one a motor launch with skipper, the other a day out to a traditional Greek village. Both of these were organised exceptionally well.

The General Manager Kevin Kainz is one of those people that makes a real difference, he takes an interest in everyone and is always on hand with an recommendation for something to do or just meeting and greeting. He sets the standard for the hotel and his great team follow his exact same ethos; they make you feel special.

We had a Marina Suite which had a great view of the Marina and surrounding area, the quality of the room was very high and certainly up there with the best hotels. We ate out quite a lot but when we did eat in the food was excellent.

A special thanks to Kevin Kainz, his reception team particularly Nino and Alexandria, Asteros and Costas in the Restaurant, and finally Christina in the Waterfront Bar.

Overall a first class experience.

Sani Asterias Suites is staggeringly spectacular! It is a jewel...surrounded by a very private white sandy beach and lovely Marina. It encompasses what a trip to Greece should represent. The property is certainly very well managed. The staff is superior, competent and cheerful. The manager on site Kevin is extremely attentive. He made our family feel most welcome and pampered in everyway. The food was consistently "excellent" - fresh and local. Employees are most willing to go above and beyond in the fulfillment of any special requests that you might have. Our room was beautifully decorated with two bedrooms. It was immaculate and perfect for those who require more spacious accomdations or who have children. If you have children, as we do....they have an array of pools both indoor and outdoor on the property for your use, a mini club and creche with nannies from the UK. They also have a nanny on the beach to help keeop your little ones entertained. Our children loved it! Overall our stay was excellent and tranquil. This was our second visit to Sani Asterias Suites. The hotel continues to exceed expectations!

Just got back from a week at the suites with our 2 year old son. We have been here before and complained that it was too child friendly with that in mind we went back with our son.

We had a wonderful stay right on the beach with our own garden, our son thought it was great.

Hotel supplied a proper cot and not a travel cot which made all the difference.

It was both our birthdays while we where there my husband surprised me with flowers and a cake organised by the staff and I surprised my husband with a meal on our terrace, which was incredible. We didn't want to leave our son with a babysitter so they brought the water restaurant to us. They set up a table with candles and looked after us just like we where in the restaurant. It was wonderful.

As many reviews have said it's expensive but we made use of the supermarket a lot.

All in all a fantastic break and such a great holiday for kids. The staff are out of this world.

The bike hire was good also we rented a push around bike for our son which he loved, but be warned it played twinkle twinkle and our son liked to keep it on repeat !!!

This was our first holiday since the birth of our daughter (8mths at time of travel) so understandably we were a little apprehensive and didn't know what to really expect. Having researched various resorts at length, we choose Sani Asterias Suites based on both other feedback from Tripadvisor and details on their own website.
My wife and I have been fortunate to stay at many luxury resorts around the world so had high expectations as the "suites" was quoted as a 5 star resort.
We we're NOT disappointed!! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the resort manager, the whole experience was first class. The attentiveness of the staff is up there with the very best and this, together with the facilities (creche, babysitting, meals etc etc etc) available for parents with young families make this a MUST. Our suite was very comfortable and fronted the beach so afforded great views.
The resort itself is also excellent. At the centre of the resort is the marina, surrounded by many different restaurants, shops etc. Excellent facilities for sport and recreation e.g. tennis school, soccer, volley ball and so on.
One word of warning be sure to take essentials such as baby food, nappies, baby wipes etc with you as they are way over priced in the supermarket located on the marina, often 3 or 4 times the cost in the UK.
However, this did not detract from a wonderful holiday with our daughter and we are certainly looking forward to returning!
