What a beautiful place we had been to Oceania earlier on in the year and decided with advice from our Sani Agent Clarissa Edgar that we should try it and what great advice that was ...this time we travelled with 6 other people which included Children...well we never got to see them they had everything going on for them we were actually able to relax it is a Wow Factor for sure ..
The staff were excellent the entertainment was just perfect ..
The dining Experiences we had far surpassed what we expected 100% the whole ambience of it all has made us want to book again and our Agent has just offered us free Full board for next Summer so yes you guessed we just booked it with her no one else was offering us Free Fullboard we shopped around and her price was cheaper than what everyone else was offering for halfboard so call her 0800 883 0836 she is the Sani Expert and we can say knows her stuff and prices lol ...Sani is a must its suits everyone young old anyone that really prefers the finer things in life

Room Tip: Seaview suite is what we stayed in my friends loved the garden view and have rebooked the same room...

There is one thing badly wrong with the Sani Beach Hotel - you have to come home!!!

I have travelled all around the world and have to say that this was one of my best holidays ever. My partner and I got off the minibus on our arrival at the hotel, entered the foyer and just looked at each other and went "Wow"!!! We actually went there the middle of October but I have allowed my brain to settle down and process the whole luxurious week.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the rooms were beautiful and the attention to detail matchless. This was real luxury and much needed after a frantic time at work. I find it very hard to "switch off" but my stay at Sani Beach actually achieved the impossible and I found myself in a relaxed state of mind!

What says it all is that we had been home two days and my partner started saying that we should book again!

We have just come back from an extended stay at Sani Beach Hotel and could not have been happier with our holiday. Unfortunately our little boy was not well (nothing to do with the hotel) so we couldn't fly home on the date we were supposed to. The hotel were absolutely brilliant in making sure we were totally looked after. Our room was beautiful - one of the beach front family suites - with a huge balcony overlooking the bay. The staff were so friendly throughout the resort, the food was incredible and the dine around option a really great idea. We loved Tomata restaurant and late lunches at Ammos overlooking the water. We hired a car for a day and drove around the peninsula which was a good day out. The location of the hotel is stunning with the most amazing clear, flat turquoise water. There is lots of seaweed (may be a seasonal thing) but they clear this from the beaches early every morning. We were staying right at the end of the season so some restaurants were closing - this didn't really affect us and the reduced rate the hotel charges reflects this so makes it good value. You do have to pay for all activities on top e.g. Bike hire, tennis court/racquets, all drinks, but we were expecting this. The only negative would be that the swimming pools were very cold at this time of year, especially for small children. Overall it was really well catered for families - we had a car seat provided for our private transfer to and from the hotel, a cot in the room, high chairs readily available in all restaurants, brilliant kids menus in all restaurants, kids club & babysitting (which we didn't use) and a lovely playground. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday for all the family in a stunning setting.

Room Tip: The B block of the hotel overlooking the water. To get the sun earlier go for the rooms further awa...

We had a most enjoyable stay here towards the end of October for around 10 days staying in a family suite which was luxurious and well equipped with pretty much anything you could wish for. As the other reviews, this really is a very very good hotel and resort so I won't repeat all the same stuff here. However there are a few other things worthy of note and intended as constructive feedback to the hotel management and I think would be useful to other travellers. Having stayed in various luxury 5 star hotels over the years, I have never experienced a pool quite so cold. I know it gets hot in Greece but it was virtually unusable in our opinion and this somewhat marred the holiday experience and you can only use the indoor pool which was lethal in as much as the floor was so slippery around it and really not suitable for small children. Either the outdoor pool needs to be heated or the indoor one made more suitable. I am told they are building a new pool this winter on the other side of B Block so let's pray that the management see sense and heat this one for low season travellers. There is one notable exception to us using the outdoor pool and that was the delightful and charming Sevesti who was one of the pool waitresses and who served us lunch around the pool nearly every day and really made our holiday. Now for the food. All I can say was there was nothing wrong with the food at all, breakfast was comprehensive enough and the quality good but in the whole time we were there I can quite honestly say, none of it was particularly memorable apart from the meal we had at Tomata and the tiger prawns we had on several occasions at the pool bar. The main buffet style restaurant at the hotel Poseidon, needs more atmosphere - on the times we dined in the evenings it was brightly lit with no music at all. Note to management: take a tip from the Artemis buffet restaurant over at the Beach Club please and dim the lights, put some candles on the tables and employ a pianist and it would be 100 times better! The spa was excellent but a tad overpriced so we only had one treatment each during our stay rather than several. Lastly to mention the fact that at the end of the season they started closing restaurants or only making them available for food at lunchtime. They also stopped the daytime and sunset cruises on the hotel boat (which are complimentary) for no apparent reason other than the fact that the Skipper had decided not to run them anymore which was not only disappointing but also a bit pointless seeing as the entire hotel was closing down for the winter in only a matter of days! OVERALL: an excellent resort that we will probably return to but if they heated the pool and made the main buffet restaurant more appealing I would have rated it the full 5 stars.

Every now and then I try to spend some of my vacation time to Sani not only because Chalkidiki is a beautiful place but because Sani Resort is the venue of style and elegance for the whole of northern Greece.
Me and my wife stayed (as always) at Sani Beach Hotel. This time a lot of pleasant, the least to say, surprises were waiting for us. It seems that the entire hotel is renovated to a pure 5* standard. The lobby and the lounge bar area have an unwinding atmosphere with minimal decoration. Moreover, we felt that the public areas were never as quiet; despite the fact that the hotel was full.
The room that we had was AMAZING, beautifully decorated and with 5* amenities. The housekeeping was polite and effective, with more visits per day. The reception with a lot of young fellas was very professional and always ready to guide and inform you about events, services and the whereabouts of the resort.
The greatest impact on me (of course and as always) was the food part. The breakfast was held in three different areas of the hotel with high quality products and elegantly presented!! The a la carte restaurant of the pool delivered a small but very tasty menu. On top of that the service was remarkable. The bottom line is that we had a couple of very nice gastronomical experiences without even getting outside of the hotel as we used to.
It is great and I have to admit that we found a brand new hotel with upscale services, quality and structure. The WOW factor of all these changes enhanced our feeling for relaxation within the magically beautiful surroundings of Chalkidiki.

I was booked into the Sani Beach Hotel by my sister who was celebrating her 40th Birthday, so initially I was not at all happy to be spending on an unexpected holiday.

I was completely taken in, by the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, the vast range of amenities and the shear ease and comfort.

I'm a frequent business traveller and I'm lucky enough to stay in some really good places, and the Sani Hotel easily kept pace with the best.

I would highly recommend going full board using the dine around option this allows you to eat in many of the restaurants both in the hotel and the accompanying properties such as the suits and the port.

The prices for food were reasonable and the portions good with typical wholesome greek style food.

Many of the restaurants will provide food in take away boxes, perfect for that beach picnic or day trips.

We went with our two boys 5 and 2 and they had a great time with bikes, play club and parks to play. A baby sitting service is also available but sadly not a listening service, which was perhaps the only thing I would have liked.

Free wifi was available across the entire property which was a welcome relief for those updates and occasionally intrusion from work.

We would definitely return again and again!

This was our second trip to the Sani Beach, the first being in 2006!
We were pleasantly surprised that standards had not dropped, it was just as nice as the first time.
You fell kind of safely cocooned here as the hotel forms an extended 'village' with it's sister properties. That is indeed one of the best things about it and it's just so delightful to be able to stroll from one to the other without leaving the security of the 'village'. For this reason I would say it's reassuringly safe for lone females, single parents etc.
The grounds and landscaping of the hotel and it's sister properties are extremely attractive and well maintained, it really is a pleasure to simply stroll through them every day.
We had an immaculate and spacious room with two queen beds and a balcony.
The food on half board was exceptionally good considering how many guests were in the hotel.
As we'd avoided school holidays, it was no problem getting sunbeds around the pool each day, that made a refreshing change. No excessive noise from kids either, though I can imagine that would be an entirely different matter during school holidays as it is such a perfect version of a family holiday.
The beach was lovely, but service was good around the pool so we didn't stray from there very often!
Negatives;-
We looked at the dine-around, it was a bit of a let down due to additional costs of one type or another wherever you chose to go. Therefore we didn't bother.
Drinks and extras were very expensive - a bit daft really as a reduction in prices would have produced more revenue in times of economic difficulty. We bought from a supermarket and kept our own drinks in our room.
Mozzies - we were bitten mercilessly! Take repellent with you!
Yes, I hate to say it or to generalise, but Russians seem to have very little etiquette or consideration for others. These days that's the same all over the world unfortunately.
