Giovanna was so kind to us. She introduced us to the mayor of the town, and she told us all about the local sites. The little village is sweet and charming with breathtaking views in all directions. There is delicious food to be had in Sant'Anatolia. You can hike, mountain bike, and even kayak nearby.
The apartment is gorgous, from the 1500s, I think, but all of the facilites are modern and the kitchen is very commodious, and there's a grocery store within walking distance. At the foot of the hill is an amazing butcher with some of the best pork I've ever had in my life. You could spend two weeks here and not regret it.
Spoleto, Norcia, Assisi, Spello hundreds of charming Umbrian towns are within reach by car.
You will feel right at home. Book your trip soon!
