This place is in the middle of nowhere so if you are looking for anything around to see... well there isn't much. Staying there more than a day is simply boring. Maybe if you are traveling in huge groups or with children you may find staying in one place satisfactory.
The food there is not bad, but nothing to talk about. Look out for chipped wine glasses and plates and unwashed cutlery.
The wine there is no more than ordinary (they make it themselves). If you want to buy some wine, I would recommend going to a supermarket in a bigger town or to look for a proper winemaker. Even at the same price of around 5Euro you can find much better quality.
Also watch out for what you pay for - they have this Italian manner of charging you for items you were not expecting.
We would not stay there again, but I suppose some people may find this kind of place to their liking.

I spent one week here in the Summer of 2012 with my Son (11yrs).
Accommodation : ours was quite basic, clean, airy, air conditioned, not overly big, we had a room in the main hotel - there are different accommoation blocks - those nearer the pool did appear nicer (we were with friends who were down there) so ask for those in preference.
Food : wonderful, the greatest cheese, meats/salamis, wine prosecco, freshly pciked salad, tomaotes - food was just amazing, each morning there were fresh raspberries, blueberries, strawberries which had been picked on the farm, also great cakes/breads/pancakes/eggs (no doubt from the local chooks) - the evenings we had tasters of traditional regional fare - can't fault it.
Entertainment : tours of the farm, picking fruits, making jam/pastas and horseriding. I sense that if you are in to horses, this could be paradise for you, early morning hacks on the local land - view of the Dolomites as you go. There are bikes to be borrowed for those that prefer more control of their transport - some bikes are sporting brakes so do beware.
Pool : all important when the sun is shining and you are roasting - 2 lovely pools, one for the little tiniy ones and the other for the bigger kids and adults. Good size and one depth.
Location :in a small vilage which has a couple of shops, post office, bank an pharmacy, 5mins walk from the hotel.
Hotel staff : the hotel is owned by a family and run by them too, they have great English and are really friendly and helpful.
What's around to do : Venice is around 1hour away by car as is the beach.

Room Tip: Accommodation by the pool or below

In fact we was in the end of september 2009 for the Coldplay concert in Udine. In Udine was no chance to find rooms, because of concert, i guess and we checked here. The rooms are so nice, sorroundings are beautiful and breakfast is unique in Italy.
I highly recommend
