Hayley's Corner Bed and Breakfast
Ranked #5 of 7 Felpham B&B and Inns
Reviewed 23 June 2013

We visited South England for a friend's wedding and Hayley's Corner was recommended by the bride & groom. It is a cozy B&B including an English Garden, Tea Time and a fabulous English breakfast every morning. Mike & Angela's hospitality was over and above. They made us feel at home for our first visit to England.

Thank you Mike & Angela for a wonderful experience and fond memories!
Peggy, Ashley & Carly

Room Tip: All the rooms were clean, quiet, roomy and cozy.

An excellent Victorian country house B&B located in the pretty conservation area of Felpham and literally 60 seconds staggering distance from The Fox pub - but there's no noise other than the hooting owls. Mike and Angela are friendly and helpful hosts. We were down for 2 nights for a funeral and they were both very kind and sympathetic. The house is spotless and has a host of beautiful character features including a truly stunning Victorian bathroom! Worth a stay to admire that alone! The bed was comfy, the pillows good and also nice loo paper! The pretty cottage garden and friendly little dog adds to the overall charm of the place. The full English breakfast was first class, fresh orange juice well chilled and the breakfast room itself is delightful. Mike even let my daughter take one of their many books home!

Room Tip: Some of the bedrooms have shared bathroom facility... But this is the one with the spectacular Victo...

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at this lovely house, the situation of which is so good being in the centre of Felpham and within a short walk of the beach. Angela and Mike are excellent hosts and immediately made us feel very welcome. On arrival we were greeted with a cup of tea and a slice of cake. We stayed in the double room with en-suite in the front of the house which was comfortable, warm and cosy. We had the Full English Breakfast one morning and then scrambled egg and smoked salmon the next, both of which were scrumptious. We had a good meal in the Fox Public House where we received a warm welcome. We would definitely recommend Hayley's Bed and Breakfast and will return when next visiting family in Felpham.

I don't write huge long rambling reviews and our flying visit one night stay here can be summarised in a few sentences. The rooms were clean, tidy and well presented. We had driven for over 6 hrs and after a good dinner in the Fox PH had a great sleep in a very comfy bed. Full English breakfast the next morning was excellent. Owners were friendly and obviously enjoyed the business they were in which is essential. We were very happy with our brief stay and would happily recommend to anyone travelling to this area.

This beautiful house has individually decorated character bedrooms with old country charm. There are some lovely water colours around the house. The beds are wonderfully comfortable with soft bedlinen, bottled water is provided, and fresh milk for your tea is in the fridge downstairs.
When we have stayed, we have always had a most peaceful stay. The breakfast room, with log fire is homely and pleasant and you can even use the facilities there if you want to eat a takeaway or ready meal in the evening.
Breakfast is superb and your hosts are interesting, intelligent and attentive.

Room Tip: We particularly like double room no. 3

I enjoyed my stay at Hayley's Corner. The breakfast was lovely and the room very comfortable. The location is very close to the lovely seafront and cafes.I felt very much "at home" and will return if I get the opportunity.

Room Tip: The double room with ensuite was very comfortable.
